I'm buying an item that has no tag the whole store is not able to assist I've been standing for more than 30min not even 1 person is able to assist including management. What I find appaulling is that the guy(Sibusiso) who is currently assisting me has the bottom of the item and has been playing run around in terms of finding the tops code of the items.And I've been standing next to him playing pretense with Service is never a priority with the staff of Mr Price we are treated as if people are doing us a favour while we are popping up money to receive such "****" service. Staff needs to understand that they are rendering services to their customers.
Bought a block of Cheddar cheese for R100 wanting to make lasagne and the cheese never melted. Mozzarella is better cause it stretches under heat, this brick of cheddar just stirred at me from the oven after being grated and baked it still came out looking the same way it went in. Only difference is that it started burning instead of melting . Ruining my dish, the taste is off and the cheese is stale.
No one on the stop card department available to cancel a ****** debit card.
Dissapointed at the quality of the food we pay for I bought A Box master meal, Streetwise 5, All star or something meal that comes with 2 dunked wings piece of chicken & burgerand 10 dunked wings . It's sad how staff members do not consider the fact that we are paying for the mediocre food they serve us. The sauce was finished I overhead the staff talking about the sauces but didn't register that they did not have at all to my surprise when I get home the sauce is watery. On the the box master meal the schnitzel skin is hard as leather and the Boxed meal the wings are not dunked. Mind you I paid over R300 for all these meal to be such foolishness. I'm truly disappointed I have no words waste of money, waste of time, waste of petrol.
DEBONAIRS OLIEVENHOUTBOSCH WHAT A JOKE of a franchise. The pizza is mediocre, from its cheese, base and not to mention the toppings for a large pizza. I most probably had about literally 10 bits of bacon. Sauce substitutes toppings more than anything. All I tasted was the BBQ sauce as if that wasn't enough I waited 30 minutes for my order. Not even on the peak days have I ever waited this long for an order.
Prompt and beautiful service from THATIIANA KGARI, very respectful individual you can tell from the way she speaks to you she was raised well. Carries the values of the company very well, excellent telephone etiquette.
Nosiphiwo always hoes out of her way to assist her customers without fail, a few months back there was an item I wanted but the branch did not have my size, she called the branch that showed stock available (Carlton Centre) there was no one picking up for almost 30 min but she kept on redialling until someone answered while assisting other customers inbetween. There aren't many people in retail who goes out of their way to help it really proved that she understands the meaning of putting a customer's needs first and we need more people like her behind the counter.
Dlamini Centre Everytime I nerd to take out my money I'm told they are offline or the Standard money line was never approved and they are waiting for it to be approved. The sad case of the matter is that Lebo could bicker behind me with another cashier as to why didn't she just tell me they are off line. It seems like the staff from Pep sends customers over to PeP Cell as they feel they are never busy which I find appalling. Why have a facility that clients are not able to use.
It would be lovely for customer services staff of retailers to stop trying to get of clients with excuses and just for once go the extra mile for a customer. LEBO (Manager) know where to draw the line with your staff Constance's behavior was inexcusable and appauling to me as a customer for you 2 to be walking away hand in hand after such, while gossiping shows the level of maturity and how lightly you both take your jobs. Irregardless of how close you might be as a colleague always set the boundaries. Constance Molefe remember this when you walk into Checkers premises, non of the customers you serve are your children instead they help place food on your table.
The only place that makes eating out feels worth it, their food is delicious, tasty and you do not regret what you're paying for. I'd dine out everyday given the chance and the time. Wonderful experience always.
