Battered , We wrote a review on their site :" The Fish was old and cold . The Calamari raw I was asked at the Till - A TAKE AWAY ??? if I could leave a tip??? Response from the Owner, who is not at the Take Away " These are single mothers who need the money ??? and , your point being ??/ If I am served at a Restaurant ...YES ,...but a Take Away you are wanting to sell after 3 months for R1.2 million????

A client of mine has been attempting to receive an answer regarding a Lease as she has signed an Offer to Purchase subject to the Landlords approval of a Lease It has been THREE weeks +++++ & every day Purchaser / Seller & myself follow up & get some half hearted promisesd that the Director is away ( is there only ONE PERSON who can check a Lease !!!!! Tomorrow we will be able to sign off ! Prior to all the excuses .....every day they requested yet ANOTHER set of documents from the Purchaser I have been in business for 17 years& never had this kind of treatment A Lease Agreement is a "templet " which does not have to be shunted around from desk to desk ??? What a dissaster ....No wonder you have received 2.8 * ....should be - 2.8* reviews !!!!
I attempted to send money to someone money , to Zimbabwe ,in need They sadly gave me many telephone number and names , eventually , I requested a refund /reversal of funds , from MUKURU...they told me that it was perfectly fine to do so. Many emails / phone calls later ...an email from their " Treasury Department " confirming a bank transaction !!!totally falsh information !!! Con ARTISTS OF NOTE !!! Please be aware ...

I bought a Defy Gas Stove a moth ago. I noticed the Oven Dor was not fited correctly. When I phoned the branch who sold me the stove ,I was told by the "Service Department " at Diep River that they could not assist as I required a Gas Compliance Certificate . This is not a new connection - neither was I told that a " Compliance Certificate " is required prior to me purchasing the stove , furthermore , that my stove door would not be under guatrentee . Yet on the invoice it states 3 year guarentee - no mention of a gas compliance .
From the moment one walks through the doors , one feels SPECIAL Wonderful ambience , great food , great menu. Especially the soft jazzy live background music before dinner , that is revved up a wee bit after dinner ...for a romantic shuffle with your partner , on the dance floor.
What a disappointment !!!! From "check-in" to staff who seemed as if they did not even want to be there. When trying to order a drink & meal in the Lounge - no one came to take an order for 20mins.We then decided to go to the Bar Area & there was no staff there at all !!! When we enquired from a Security Guard, if we could order a drink in the Bar , we were told the Barman was "unavailable" Breakfast room , no aircon ...sad looking portions of food that looked as if it had been standing there for weeks. A Breakfast room that was so warm , it felt like a Sauna - no aircons on , no doors open. Bacon that looked like biltong....how disappointing ....and this was a special Birthday celebration. Thank goodness we booked another restaurant for the evening !!! We could go on and on, but be warned !!!!
