The website https://houseoflamps-sa.com/ seems to be a *****ulent website and the same modus operating in other countries and languages such as Netherlands, Germany and UK. The website looks legitimate and they will process your order as a business would, nevertheless the items first don't arrive and are apparently sent back to Europe. Upon trying to get hold of the merchant or the courier there is no one on the other line while your funds have been taken. I gave the apparent merchant enough time to respond. I tried calling... the phone does not engage, I emailed twice and made contact via their "Contact Us" on the website. No answer. What a pity... the items in their website look very good and with good apparent reduced prices but it is all a **** it seems. I hope I am wrong but I have reported this concern to my bank.
I have looked everywhere for my IT3B for home loan. I am not the only one asking for this certificate and it is not available online. The secure chat or service call center do not answer and I need these certificates. People have asked before the same question in this platform and the certificates are not emailed or downloadable, only for cheque or investment accounts. Can you rectify FNB?
This company is a disgrace, they do not honor warranties. Do not buy Duratherm geysers ever. Your 10 year warranty is a scam.
Company fails to honor warranty alluding to all sorts of misconceptions about SABS regulations and city bylaws. They do not even inspect physically and base their void warranty report on a photograph. No explanation given and no report by a registered/certified plumber with a valid argument. Do not buy duratherm geysers ever !
I have been charged a debit order by SOUTH AFRICAN PAYMENT EXCHANGE (PTY) LTD without any reference of services or authorization. I am not the only one reporting this. How can they still operate sending debit orders to many customers and not responding to the request for information. Their contact details are SOUTH AFRICAN PAYMENT EXCHANGE (PTY) LTD Contact details:(012) ********** / ********** 618
I have been charged an amount of R95.0 yesterday from a dubious debit order. The debit order is paid into an ABSA account. Surely I am not the only one that has been charged this and scammers use the same modus of loading small debit orders of less than R100 as customers do not detect these debit orders easily. I want to report this to ABSA as fraudulent. Please will you investigate who owns this account or service: 3. Customer Service Information User Code 503D User Name Absa(south African Payment) Contact Number ********** ********** 0 Description One LUVMORE Description Two ********** 85293N Please note that reference one of debit order is actually my ID number, surely they got my ID number and bank account details from somewhere. Please can ABSA also check that my details are not in their databases, i am not your customer and if you hold any personal details please kindly remove them from all your marketing databases.

<p>I received an SMS on 7 May at 13:03 listin "An MTN Offer" regarding up to 40% off Emirates flights to over 50 destinations... with a link to TravelStart website.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to purchase the flights and make this offer effective going through the "Book now and Save" button on Travelstart. I could not see how to get the discount until i saw a button asking for the promotional Voucher. </p> <p>MTN did not publish or send the promotional voucher. I got in touch with Customer Service and I was told by Mr. Tempies, an MTN employee that MTN had no knowledge or recollection of the offer. I asked for his number or an email to where to submit the original text and weblink received. He ackwnowledged receipt of the email and link and could see that there was in fact an MTN offer. However he said there was no one to send me the promotional voucher code and no Marketing Managers on the weekend. I therefore could not exercise the right as customer to get this promotional discount. </p> <p> </p> <p>I believe MTN just did not care as he mentioned he was going to email his manager and a Marketing manager to asssit in extending the validity of the offer until i got the code. He promised to forward such correspondence to me, which i never received. Again, he did not care. I cancelled a weekend plan to obtain such offer and I even got told that i should contact Travelstart... but... the offer is "an MTN exclusive offer". MTN should respond, not their partners.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed in the offer...</p>
I processed a request of change of address since 22 February 2016. I was advised that reconnection would take place between 26 and 29 February. I have phoned every second / third day for feedback and they state that order is \processing\".<br> <br> I have waited already 10 working days and no response. I urgently need a phone line and ADSL for work at home."
Tariq Siers has dealt with a frustrating issue of my new ADSL line and migration successfully. After two weeks of constant frustration i actually got the service done. Thanks Tariq.
