<p>This was the worse lunch experience ever. We had our company year-end lunch booked at the restaurant. When we arrived nobody knew where we were booked. In number order our experience:</p> <p>1. We were seated outside - when it started to rain heavily Ramkiki staff did not want to move us inside because in their words the storm will not last long. It was still raining when we left nearly 4 hours later.<br />2. We were eventually moved into the function venue - all on our own to a table without a tablecloth. No music, no ambiance...nada!!<br />3. We waited forever for the waiter to take our orders and ever longer for the starters to arrive.<br />4. We waited nearly an hour for our main course to arrive. When we eventually received our food the Sole was Hake and so dry it was inedible. The Medium Fillet steak was ice cold and the pepper sauce was disgusting. Tasted like peppercorns mixed with milk. Then when we complained they heated the medium steak in a microwave for 3 minutes ensuring it was ruined forever.<br />5. The waiter was not able to open a bottle of red wine properly and then proceeded the spill red wine all over the tablecloth (that we received 10 minutes after we were move inside) whilst pouring wine into our glasses.<br />6. For dessert most staff ordered the apple crumble. Another failure on the restaurants side. It was dry and not a crumble in sight. Layers of very tough filo (I think??). <br />7. Then we had to pay and had to run in the pouring rain to our cars - not umbrellas was even offered to get us to the cars which is quite a way from the entrance. We arrived at or cars soaking wet.<br />Our conclusion... We will never visit again.<br />The staff of the CTFA.</p>
I have just had to bring my car back for the 7th time to fix the same fault that was caused by Club Motors BMW in the first place. Now I have already been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minute with still no lift to my office in sight. What terrible customer service. And then they actually asks me whether I would like to buy another BMW!!!
I have never encountered such bad service. No answer at call centre. I blacklisted a phone and suspended the sim card on 10 June 2015. That sim is still in use by the thief who pick up this cellphone that did not belong to him. After 18 years with MTN I am seriously considering changing my service provider!!!!!
On Friday 22 May 2015 we visited Schwabinger Restaurant. We arrived at 18h25. We waited an hour and 50 minutes for our food. Customers that arrived after us were served before us. Every time we asked the waitress what the hold-up was, she made an excuse that she will check with the kitchen and then she never had the good manners to inform us of any problem. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there is no manager!!! When we eventually received our food it was cold. The schnitzels were over baked, tough and dry. The portion sizes varied from open hand size to too big to fit on a plate. One plate had practically no sauce on and the other one was smothered!!<br> This is the second time we had such an bad experience at the restaurant and we will not return again.<br> I tried to call the restaurant - there is an automated answering service that but you never actually get connected to a real person to lodge a complaint.<br>
Can't get any answer at MTN Customer Call Centre. Shocking Service for such a large company.<br> How do you blacklist a phone if you can't get through to a consultant to assist?????
