Koodoo hasn't sent my xbox codes, digitally via email for 2 days. Paid, no codes. 3 times i asked and nothiing. They even phoned and apologised, but still no codes. That is *****ing!!!!!
No customer service in 5 days. No management that knows what is going on. I demand free insurance till my claim of 13 months is settled? This don't care attitude is bad, bad, bad. We pay every month and they don't care. Even after this case was at the ombudsman it's even worse. I demand!
Worst customer service ever by Romano Naidoo. Think he is Mr Untouchable. Do it by the book, no customer relation. Same as a computer/cell fone app. He doesn't like when someone doesn't follow him and his policy and procedures. Sorry but I have another claim with Daildirect and the other lady is excellent. I prefer not to work with Romano Naidoo. He is 100% app type, no customer service. Sorry, my experience. I think he got family etc in company management?
I had an accident 21 September 2021. I did everything as required from Daildirect. The problem started with-1. The repairer is in the West Rand and I'm in Pretoria North. 2. I need to pay excess and monthly payments with a three consecutive years, 20% a year tariff increase. I'm innocent in the accident with Cctv footage to prove. 3.I need to take my vehicle from Pretoria to Edenvale on my expense, leave it there. Pay my excess and if I'm not happy after the repair I can take it further with repairer. Did I mention it's a metallic colour? 4. The claim department will take legal action to recover my excess, but not guaranteed. Never heard of anybody getting excess back. 5. Went to Ombudsman for short term insurance. They are great with policies and procedures, but useless to help you to finish the claim and what next? Only helped with cash in liason deal. Thanks.
Excellent experience with cashier Me Lesia Lamola. She helped me more than just doing her work. At 6 in the evening not a lot of people will do that. I had a bad experience earlier in the year due to management, but people helping people is the heart of healthy business in South Africa. Saved R260 on normal price on shopping and R89 free items with shopping. Thank you Pick a Pay for helping us, the public in difficult times. 5 stars for all.
Not enough cashiers at work. So many people left parcels and did not wait. Bad management. Cashiers dissappear and nobody to help. Bad, bad to shop late and wait more than 40 minutes to pay few items. Front cashier at entrance closed till and left a whole line. Really bad management.
When i upgraded on my contract, i was charged R450 extra for my handset. At no stage was this hidden cost explained or told its going to be extra. Eita explained it was because i upgraded 3 days before the next month and it does not matter 1 or 30 days you pay R450 extra. Never did this happen.
