Excellent service and excellent good quality vehicles on offer. Eugene Beukes and their financial team were on the ball dealing with my bank. RE: 2015 BMWX6 5.0i xDrive Rear Suspension Air Bellows - Excellent Service I would just like to thank you for your excellent and professional service and an excellent product. Your product is of a much better quality than that of the BMW OEM part at a third of the price and a much shorter delivery. I managed to install both the left and right bellows by myself in under an hour. I’ll be complaining to BMW regarding their poor quality product (OEM part was made in Mexico of a poor grade rubber), their poor service and exorbitant prices. Misleading Contract Conditions & no feedback
Please take note that Outsurance's contracts are misleading and that the vehicle hire option even though it states 30 days in the main contract they give you 48hrs notice to return the Avis vehicle once the claim is settled. I only had the vehicle for a week when they gave me 48hrs notice to return the vehicle once they settled the claim. This leaves one no time to purchase another vehicle. What happened to the contract statement: \\The maximum rental period is 30 days per claim\No reference is made to their green addendum booklet stating something else. This is misleading. The attitude of the person phoning me was also not acceptable (can't remember his name\""
