Please do not join Bay Fitness Group in Strand Western Cape. They horrible and bill you for accounts and gym memberships that has been cancelled and paid in full ages ago. They pulled this stunt with not only myself but various other gym members and then still have the audacity to send members threatening emails saying they going to be handed over. He'll no people do not make the same mistake I did to join this gym, whether close to your home and more convenient and also cheaper then most gyms but no just horrible service rather spend more money and get better service
Wow after going through reviews of rsaweb I see this is kind of a norm that I'm also coming to moan about from rsaweb. I was also on a 3 month fee of R300 and something for the first 3 months and after that supposedly R700 and something. They billed me double last month due to the fact that they apparently forgot to end my promotion after the first 3 months. So I called them to say they had no right to bill me double due to a mistake on their side and they paid my money into my account and worked put a payment plan in order to fix their mistake which I agreed to,and can you guys believe it's just month after they worked put the payment plan and they once again billed me double or as they call it back order billing. I'm just so fed up and not even sure if they going to call me back this time again, but clearly after reading some of the reviews this is something they usually do the double billing because surely all the people that complain about ******* billing or double billing cannot be a coincidence
I took out a promotional contract with rsaweb where they offered 50% off for the first 3 months and after that full price, I was happy with the service that they provided but due to an error on their side of not stopping the promotion amount after 3 months as the add said I was debited 2 full amounts in 1 month without any notice or call of them informing me of their error and I ended up not having enough funds in my bank account for my other debit orders. I took it up with one of their consultants and someone from accounts was suppose to call me back regarding the matter but I'm still waiting. So people please be aware of any promotions that rsaweb has and make sure you check that they debit the correct amounts.
Hi I would just like to rate the excellent service I got from Jennifer Nkosi at discovery insure when I was transferred to the cancellation department. I was about to cancel my insurance with discovery and moved my vehicles to another company that gave me a better price, she was on the call with me for more than 1 hour on the 19/03/2023 and explained everything to me in detail which was brilliant, she really tried her best to not loose me as a customer and succeeded after that very long call, she ended up giving me a quote that was slighty more expensive than the other company but I ended up keeping vehicles with dicovery due to Jennifer Nkosi,she definitely needs a raise and since calls are recorded I sure hope her superiors listen to the fight she put up to not loose a client for discovery. 4001032572
I always go the ACDC Express in Somerset West, staff very friendly and helpful and even upon returning to get something else they remember you after months or maybe even years I'd say. If your'e female and do not have a clue about lights or batteries or whatever else you need from them, ask for Juan Joseph because he will always give you the most cheapest and more expensive option to buy and explain why he recommends whatever to you, unlike sales people from other companies that tend to take advantage because you're a female and let you buy the most expensive thing possible just to make a sale, so I personally recommend ACDC Somerset West and like I said all staff is friendly and helpful so I am sure even if its Juan's off day anyone else there will be just as great.
we went for supper last night 14 June 2015, all our food were very salty and when we told the waiter the restaurant manger came, she was very unfriendly did not greet in a polite manner and when i told her all our food was so extremely salty up to a point where the saltiness burned our throats all she said was that she will go and inform the chef no im sorry for this no apology whatsoever, she walked away with some of the food and our waiter came and collect the other food, at this point my friends left cause they said their appetites were spoiled. the waiter came back with new plates and i told him my friends left they need to make it a take-away cause my gosh nobody would wanna eat soon after having such salty food while their throats were still burning. So the manager returned saying since have a partial mvg voucher i cant get take-aways, even though she saw my friends left, so i had to return to the mvg desk to have this sorted, while there she came and said my food is ready and packed,they never packed everything and she said all the stuff i mentioned wasnt on the table but yet it showed on bill, she kept arguing and eventually told me to just take my food and go. PATHETIC
