5 months still no lodgement
I'm on the 5th month now, property lodgement still not done. I was told it would take 3 months. I then served 2 months notice where I was renting and I had to tell employees to stay at home until the process is done. It is such an inconvenience, business is on pause due to this. What a terrible experience

Horrible service
<p>I took an unlimited free me contract with telkom. I tried to port my number to my telkom contract but that was the biggest mistake of my life. I ported in on the 25th of November however till this day my portin is not successful. Now I can't use my telkom number because it is out of service meaning I can't use the internet nor make calls. It is costing me a lot of money as I need to top up my prepaid mtn number yet I will be expected to pay R999 towards my contract. I called in to the call centre many times with no assistance. I Was pushed from pillar to post and no one can give me answers. I am out of service and I want to cancel my contract because it is of no use to me. Anyone knows what I can do?</p>

Refusal to pay Insured device
I took a contract with MTN Branch Cresta. I signed for insurance all visible in the contract I signed.<br> <br> When my phone got stolen, they told me I was un-insured. I then asked for the communication they make to their insurer as a proof atleast that they tried to insure my device I DID NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK. I also asked for the communication they made to me to inform me that my device is not going to be insured and I got NOTHING from MTN.<br> <br> I have been incontact with Tongesai Mashongwa and very helpful who happens to be the person that forwarded my details to their [Email Removed]<br> <br> And Boldly someone called Adrian Stellenberg had guts to say claim was rejected due to that I was not paying for an insurance. <br> <br> I signed for insurance and they say they never deducted and the question is WHOs Fault Is it? Cause I was never told I am uninsured so that I make alternatives and they did not even provide me with the communication to their insurance company.<br> <br> Someone please sort this problem out for me. Atleast give me the facts I want. I really can't accept being part of MTN's market just because if a contract they can breach themselves.
