Bad service regarding cancellation of contracts
I've been trying to cancel two contracts since April 2015. Holding on at the Call Centre for 02h28.<br> <br> All I get is a promise that the matter will be migrated to the relevant department and reference numbers!<br> <br> I am totally disappointed in their service! I am on pension and cannot afford the other contracts.<br> <br> Hopefully something will be done soon!
