I am working online and they keep telling me to deposit money but I can't withdraw my money that I made. No wonder Capitec listed you as *****.
I app**** for R3000 loan but only received R500 that I never agreed to. No communication. I would have canceled the application if I knew it was only R500.
Mr Mathe bought a pizza for the staff at Credit Solutions with directions for delivery. Woolworths in Garden Route Mall phoned us as the pizza was delivered there. I phoned Deborairs in Courtney Str where the lady that answered the phone couldn't even find the order and she would get management to phone me back. She phoned back and put the delivery guy on the phone that was very rude and he made me to be in the wrong. Very poor service!!!!! If it is not red it is for free, but now Debonairs is not even deivering our pizza as the driver left it at Woolworths in the mall!!!!!!
Good day, I logged a complaint on 16 Oct and Pick 'n Pay responded with referance nr 8002229520 insuring me that the southern cape Manager would contact me in regards of raw chicken sold as fried chicken. Today is 27 Oct and no one contacted me. This is a sign of the service I got from Pick 'n Pay.
I bought 2 chicken legs for my kids at Pick 'n Pay Garden Route Mall, George at 18:00 tonight. Underneath the crispy golden crust is a raw piece of Chicken. My one child ate it out of hunger en the other one got sick just looking at it. I couldn't believe it. It is too far to go back to complain, but I know that chicken that is not cooked well can cause food poison. I can send you a foto of the chicken.
I have a savings account at ABSA. I went in to get a set bankfee per month. Andre said he is opening me a cheque account and I will pay only R80 per month no matter where I draw money or how many times I swipe my card. On Sunday 2 August 2015 I saw that R300 was gone out of my account without sms notification. I phoned ABSA complaints this morning and my bank cost of R89 went of and an extra R174 for handling fees. This is unexceptable for ABSA to steal my money without sms notificaton as they were thinking I am to stupid to realize they steal from my account money that the consultant didn't inform me about. I phoned Andre at ABSA George this morning just after 8:00 and he told me that he was busy with someone and he will phone me back. The bank was still closed so I am not sure who he could be busy with. I think he just didn't want to assist me. I am paying ABSA rewards and after 2 months I only have R4.5 saved. I pay R37 per month for nothing. ABSA is stealing and pretending to be such a good bank. I will have to change my account again as Andre was not honnest with me and was lying just to get me to get another account from ABSA that is robbing me.
My daughter went to American Swizz 3 June 2015. She paid R300 on a chain I ordered. The deposit was suppose to be R250. I trusted American Swizz. I send my daugther twice to find out how far is my order. No one answered me. Yesterday I went to American Swizz because the tel nr is not even listed. The lady that assisted me couldn't help me and she would send an e-mail and give me an answer today. I send my daughter to get the answer for me. Joanne said she will send an e-mail and I can get my answer on Monday. Everyday I get the same answer and no one is helping me. I think it is because they took my money and now I can wait. Joanne said when I paid the deposit she told me there is no refunds on deposits. I didn't even pay, my daugther did and Joanne did not tell my daughter the truth. Apparently American Swizz is not open on Saturdays as they don't count it as a working day. I've waited 15 working days, but no one cares. I will go to the news papers as this is theft! I wanted my money back but I can't get it back and the chain is nowhere to be found as no one answers the e-mails send to them! I phoned Aerican Swizz 3 times today and the phone was put down in my ear twice.
