Poor customer service
I ordered a Americano coffee with milk at the Cresta branch today. Was ice cold and asked the barista to replace. She just steamed the coffee so hot you could not touch the cup. Also she was very unfriendly and rude to me. I must say it was not even that busy.

Good service
I visited the new Mica Hardware in Parkhurst today. I needed a special drill bit for diy. The staff was very friendly and assisted me immediately. They have a good selection of different drill bits. Also a good price range to select from. Payment was easy with no long queues. Will definitely return for future diy projects.

Car problems
My ignition jammed in the parking lot. The garage team was quick to assist. Fixed the problem and delivered my car to my home, Excellent service and help.

Lifetime warranty not!!
My bakkie was in a minor accident and the bumper was repaired in 2017. After 4 years the paint job is starting to peel off in multiple places. Knowing Proline has a lifetime warranty on their workmanship I took my bakkie back to them for review. The mechanic Eddie had a look and accused me of damaging the bumper again and refused to help me. Looking at the bumper you can see multiple areas of cracking and peeling off of paint which is a sign of poor workmanship. If the bumper was in a recent accident you would have localised damage. I am upset in the way I was treated by Proline and was shown away. If Proline cannot live up to their promise they should not give a lifetime warranty. They are very happy to help with a new accident claim but follow up care is useless.

CHRONIC BAD SERVICE
I took my car for an oil and filter change and when returned within a day the error light came on. With rechecking they find too much oil inserted and needed to drain. Then my car door handle broke and I went for a quote. After realising my cash inside the car was stolen they told me it would take 3 weeks to get the part. Then eventually they installed the part but damaged the door to replace the part. The owner then promised me he would fix the damage but I haven't heard a word from them. Very disgusted in their work and attitude.
