Ive been referred me to Bell city locksmiths for my car issue by Suzuki Blouberg. Firstly I had to phone 4 times to get an appointment. I got told I have to phone back on Thursday to see IF the guy wants to work on Friday or not. At last I got an appointment and went through from Blouberg. I left may car there on Thursday the 19th of July. They tell me it would take a day to fix and I will only be without a car on Thursday. The phone later that day to say they haven't found the problem yet can they keep the car. I give the go ahead. Friday we phone them to hear whats going on and I get told they have found the problem its going to cost me 3000 grand to fix. I say its fine. Saturday I don't hear from them. Monday afternoon after phoning them numerous times I can go fetch my car. I get home and assumed they tested my car. I suddenly have no lights or indicators. I phone them and Niel gets very rude, never apologises or tries to help. He says they did NOT start the car but everything worked. SO bottom line, they did not test their end product. Tuesday morning he shouts at my boyfriend and says we are bullying him and wanted to not help us although its HIS fault. I had to spend 600 rand on ubers to get this fixed. Not once an apology or sorry or anything just a horrible rude attitude towards us because he didn't do a proper job. I had to drive 2 mornings and 2 nights without lights or indicators in the dark with mist and this rude guy Niel doesn't even try to fix it the Tuesday I had to wait. I go to the shop on the 25th of July to get it fixed and he verbally attacks us along with his mother. Once again not a sorry or admitting his mistake or anything. Tells me because I am upset I have an attitude and he doesn't feel like helping me. WHAT type of service is this??? Disgusted and I will never go back to them.
I am utterly disgusted with the poor service I have received at Telkom sa and bayside mall. I have been struggling for the past 6 months to get my internet and cellphone services fixed. It has gotten to the point that I have now reversed my payments as I have cancelled the following: 4 cellphone contracts 1 LTE internet 1 tablet 1 telephone line 1 adsl line - to move to fibre I have cancelled the above due to 6 months of asking for assistance as we have no signal at our house and such bad line speed at my work. NOTHING gets done. I applied for FIbre in march... still nothing. Then Telkom decides to switch my adsl line off before they install the fibre for no reason. I go to bayside and all I get is that the system is offline I need to come back tomorrow. Ive been back and forth for abut 20 times and that is why I am cancelling. I have asked that 2 of my cellphone contracts be ported to prepaid - only 1 is done I asked that my LTE be stopped and returned my rooter in his box 2 months ago and still I get billed. My ADSL get switched off for no reason and I get told im going to be waiting 3 weeks on activation again. I will never ever go with Telkom again. you wait 2 hours inline to talk to incompetent people who never know whats going on.
I hav been a loyal customer of vodacom for the last 4 years under a business contract. <br> I was due for my 2 year upgrade&went to the bayside store to start the process. I took all the paperwork with to change ownership from the business to my personal account. I chose the note 4 Samsung and was told its not a problem i could still get that specific phone when i migrate to my personal acc. I've dealt with 4 different staff members including the manager. I was told they will call me back as soon as my paperwork was approved. I received NO communication and this has been going on for the last 6 weeks. Then they say all is fine we can do the upgrade and then suddenly my portfolio number is too low. I have been to the shop 6 times and phoned several times to get a status update and NO ONE could help me. Its a headoffice problem i was told. Everytime they promise to phone back on the same day. When i call back i am told they are busy but they will call back asap. Yesterday i was told i dont qualify for the note 4 anymore. When i asked how much you need to earn to get a note 4 i was told way less than my paycheck. I will be cancceling my contract due to the lack of knowledge&service.
