Er24 administration staff is one of the poorest I have ever experienced in the country. They do not reply to any of my emails, messages, or phone calls. Really pathetic. I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone whatsoever, due to the fact that they are absolutely rubbish.

Website is fraudulent. Do not purchase anything from them. They do not send any emails or order numbers.
So this year for black friday I applied online for a data special. R199 for 30gb. They asked for bank statements and pay slips etc. I sent all of it through, and they emailed me back that they had recieved it, thanks. Thereafter..... nothing. Nobody got back to me to let me know what was happening next. I did email them and call them, without any luck. I am just appalled by this service that I got from mtn.
