ACCIDENT AND LIES !
THE MOST SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!! A driver hit into the back of my car on Friday handed me the contact details to sort it all out. Constantly trying to contact them on Friday and were just put through one person to another with no help. Come Monday do I not have the driver and "manager" speak to me like a dog (just to mention I am a young female an they are men) calls me a liar and tells me to shut up. Natalie from First Freight (contact details 076 026 6950) gave us the details of the company they rent "cars" from meanwhile it is a fine-ally company (meaning they assist in fines) not a car rental company. How shocking a company is hard up to lie and behave in such a manner because of an accident. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED ! Also please see all attached documents to show that Natalie from First Freight lied about the "rental car company". His full details are Stephen Tsombanakis he is not a director he is a Key Accounts Manager at Fine-Ally. He also claims to follow the law by falsely impersonating people and using bullying tactics. It is so shocking how people in today think that they can manipulate a young female but forget the internet exist. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!

Unacceptable service
Again ! Imperial Select has not come through with their promises , over a month and I have not received my manual , service plan or spare key . Today they came to change the battery which was not new and we were informed they lost the spare key and manual , will be only receiving them in 21 days . I am furious !!!! They is so unacceptable! And the manger refuses to speak to me in my home language. To add to this they left a cloth in the front by the engine , safety is obviously imperial selects number one prospect ! And customers services . I advise people to steer clear of them if they don't want to experience what we have had been through .

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I made a booking for Monday dinner at 18:30 and arrived 5 mins before time and my table was not reserved and I called early in the morning to make this booking . We had to wait and were ignored and other customers who did not make bookings were placed before us . Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
