I have been using the branch at Balfour Mall and dealing with the lady Tshidi..I must say..the service given is one in a million..she has a way of dealing with clients an angelic heart always there to assist..thank you so much Tshidi at Atlas..you truly are and angel sent at Atlas..
This place was the most amazing place from sit in's to the food to the customer service,there are new owners in this place now,my word the Woman is so rude every time when i want to buy she tell me they don't have change or they don't wipe for airtime or rather when i want to buy and she is by the till she will move away and not serve me.If she has something against me she must let me know so i don't bother buying in her shop.me as a customer she is always the one mistreating me and shouting at me.If im am buying and there is someone behind me she will tell me to move aside she wants to serve other people,my question is,is my money not good enough or do i smell for you..tell me.....
please note that i have an account with your bank,i have been really inconvenience and i am a very irate client. your company deducted R3000 from my account in March without my consent,Yes i was under Debt review and went on Maternity leave and i called in March and they advised that they will get a supervisor or the Team leader to get back to me,until May i had never received a call, i was again contacted on Monday 26/5/20 to arrange a payment plan and the lady said to me she will speak to the manager or supervisor tro contact me regarding the situation that took place in March,i was called again by another consultant and i told her the above situational and they did not call me back. Today 28/5/20 i got paid R3742.45 by the company i am working for and again R3142.11 was deducted from my account AGAIN without my consent AGAIN,i called FNB personal loans and spoke to Octavia whom she advised that i must send an email and she unfortunately cannot assist on this matter i must speak to the Team leader this is whereby she transferred me to Kgontso and i spoke to her and she advised that they will not refund me back my money,i asked her can i speak to the Branch manager or the Supervisor then she said she is transferring me thorugh but she put the phone down in my Ear. i am a mother of 3 children and will not highly accept this kind of service given by FNB,i dont just keep R 60000(some odd amount)on the side just for FNB to deduct my money without letting me know. I however need my money back in full R6000 if not i will be taking this matter further. Yes i am not disputing that i am in arrears but you should have called me to tell me you are taking my money off my account. i am very very very angry i need my money back I then kept on Calling 3weeks backs i kept getting answers that my refund that has been agreen on in R1500 has been escalated process and approved it will reflect latest Thursday 18/6/20 in the morning. On the 18/6/20 i spoke to Sharleen and she advised that she will give me a call back in 15minutes which she didnt,i called again after an hour and they told me that i will get the refund latest by 15:00 in the afternoon,at 4pm i called again and spoke to Tracey whom she advised that the person im dealing with Charmaine Lemek is not in at work she will be sending the querry to her team leader. This morning i spoke to Altus at and she advised that the Finace department has declined my refund.I dont understand why they tell me one story after the other, I am not disputing the fact that i have an account and i owe Fnb and im in arrears but why no one called me at the first place and told me thwey are deducting R3400 from amount (Twice),i dont just keep that R3000 on the side for FNB,due to COVID 19 my salary has been negatively affected how do you people expect people to leave when you abuse then financially. Im not happy at all..this has been going since March,i dont really care what or who declined it,i need my Money and we can discuss how mush im able to pay every month.I have sent emails to Nasreen Hoosain and Charmaine and Refilwe Gadiutlwe to advise but they do not get back to me. I dont know if R1500 is a small amount to them that why im not taken notice of??
Hi there<br> <br> please note i spoke to the lady at MBD by the name of Kavashnee,she was very rude to me as to why i missed my payment she had no right at all to speak to me the way she was talk to me,i am taking this matter further to hello-peter and to the Ombudsman about how customers are being harassed by your co-workers.<br> a person might have to pay a specific amount but it does mean that you must call and harass and speak to them the way you want.<br> <br> Please note that R500 is too much for me as i'm not earning enough,i will be able to pay what i can afford R200 or R250,<br> the last time when i was making payments arrangements i spoke to a gentleman called Bidesh he was very helpful and assisted me accordingly.<br> <br> poor bad attitude towards people.
