Previous Employee. Terrible boss, someone who could only be described as a psychopathic dictator, constantly micro-managing his staff, exhibits extremely aggressive and toxic behaviour. There was not one member of staff who was not on some form of anti-anxiety medication every day, female staff were regularly in tears, one member had written up a suicide note and sent it to her family. There are serious illegal activities that take place, including forging shipping documents as well as continues threats of salary deductions and bullying. Staff are demanded to "repair" damaged components by colouring them in with sharpies/markers. You will not find one employee who will tell you otherwise. Steer clear of this business and it's owner, Deon Retief.
No where on the free quote did it say that you would give out my information to insurance providers, I am now being bombarded with calls and harassed during work hours. Please remove my details from your database and retract any information sent to said providers, immediately.
Right, So I purchased Virgin Mobile airtime online through the Standard Bank App. It has to this moment, been 5 hours and I have no yet received any airtime. This is extremely annoying as the funds have been removed from my account and I have yet to receive my airtime, this hinders my business and I cannot go now and buy airtime elsewhere. I contacted Standard Bank via Facebook, they responded within 5 minutes, telling me that I would need to contact Virgin Mobile as seeing as how the funds left my account, the payment has been made.<br> <br> Virgin Mobile has still not responded to my query and I cannot get through to their Call Centre (I'm not able to sit on hold for 2-3 hours.)<br> <br> I am going to forward this message to the Consumer Protector as Virgin Mobile has essentially stolen my money.
