<p>I Have a LTE Uncapped contract with telkom Mobile, For the past 3 Months i have full 4G Signal but my Up and Down Speeds are Pathetic! ( 150kbs Dwn 40kbs Up)</p> <p>Ive Reported it several times to the un-s****ed call centre, even speaking to supervisors who all give me the run around and promise to call back with a solution.To Date i have had no feedback or call or anything with a solution.</p> <p>IF THIS IS YOUR ATTITUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS, KINDLY CANCEL MY CONTRACT !!!!</p> <p><br />PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM MOBILE- ITS CHEAPER TO PAY THE HIGHER CONTRACT FEES AND GO WITH A RELIABLE COMPANY THEN PAY FOR A SERVICE U DONT HAVE AT ALL</p>
<p>Its almost TWO MONTHS since i applied for LTE Online and still have no feedback whatsoever!</p> <p>What is the use of replying with a Ref number on Hellopeter if the problems are still not sorted!<br />Since your reply i have gotten 1 call on the 8th of April with the consultant advising they will call back on the 11th of April to finalise the Application. Until today (11th May) I still have no response at all!.</p> <p>Pathetic service sadly , a company not even worth fighting with.</p> <p>The Ref numbers given on Hellopeter are useless.Seems like its just a computer generated message to put customers at ease but no action is taken.</p> <p>Dissapointed customer.</p> <p>Old ref: SM220206</p>
I applied for uncapped LTE @ R599 via the telkom website on the 24th March 2016. I recieved an email stating that my bid was successful and a consultant will contact me. to date i have no response from telkom. I called the call center twice spending almost an hour on the phone only to be pushed from one department to another with no help at all.<br> Kindly respond or don't advertise your services if you don't have the structure for customer satisfaction and service!<br> Ticket number: #240316-134212
I Booked in the Belaire hotel via there own website [URL Removed] for a 2 Night Stay 24th and 25th July 2015.<br> The Reservation clearly stated that the reservation accommodates 4 Adults and 1 Child (Under 12).<br> We arrived there at about 6:00pm on the 24th and the lady at the the desk said our room only will accommodate 4 people.We requested to see the Manger , hoping something can be done noting that this was a fault on their side. Michaela, the manager on duty was not helpful at all! She said there is nothing she could do and it was not their fault or ours!! After arguing for a while we requested that the booking be canceled. She even refused to cancel the booking ( Wanted a 50% Cancellation fee). Being exhausted, we upgraded the room at a further R300 and just stayed.<br> I feel this is not the way to treat customers as we were FORCED to stay there under the conditions they put us in!<br> WORST HOLIDAY EVER
I purchased a phone via Vodacom online. I received my phone without a problem. The phone I took out needed a Nano Sim card and so I called vodacom after sales call centre. The lady took the new (Nano) Sim number and said it will be activated between 2 to 24 hours. Since then I called Vodacom no less then 7 times over a period of more then a week for the same problem and have had to repeat the same process of giving the new Sim number and answer security questions (spending more then 20 mins on each call and still have no response or reason as to why the new Sim is still not activated!! ... every agent says sorry for the last agent not calling back and then does the exact same thing! Please have my Sim activated or cancel my contract and pick up the phone ! ... It's useless having a phone and not being able to use it at all.
