Copper AT3 LT tyres and fake warranty
Used Cooper tyres at3 LT before and got Over 140000kms on them with no problems. Bought another set of 4 and after about 30000klms a year and 4 months after having them fitted one started a side wall crack just under the rim only on one side. Was told when fitting the new tyres that you get a 5 year warranty. Ya whatever! Cooper rejected my claim with such bs excuses. Such as under inflation or overloading or impact. The tyre is load rated for 1800kgs. And the most I loaded is about 7 to 800 kgs never had a flat nor went off road as it's a not a 4x4. Cracks are in a weird place and only on one side of the side wall just under the rim. Don't get ripped off with this product. I also got 4 more opinions from 4 other well known tyres fitment centre's and they all said its a manufacturer defect! It seems like Cooper tyres is not what it used to be!

No after sales service and fake warranty
Very quick to put a markup on a expensive product and get told you get a 5 year warranty on the tryres. Now one out of the four has a manufacturer defect just over a year later and they just try brush it off like it's not their problem. Got 4 opinions from other reputable tyre places and all 4 of them said its a tyre manufacturer defect.as Cooper rejected my claim with bs! I have been dealing with the owner Henk for over 5 weeks but doesn't seem bothered either as I dont get much feedback.. Stay away from this place and stay away from Cooper AT3 tyres with their fake 5 year warranty! The Cooper tyre got 4 strange side wall cracks just below the rim only on one side. See all the other complaints about Cooper at3 side wall cracks on hello Peter!!! Overpriced and disappointed!

Parcel sitting at customs for 6 to 7 weeks!!!
I have sent a few emails to SAPO at customer services for two weeks and No Reply! The South African postal service is nothing but useless! Do these people even work or do their jobs?

Ripped me off!
Just had a centre bearing fitted and only lasted a month. I have now had the bakkie replaced from front to back with new propshafts and new centre bearing and its been working fine now for a long time. Sajco Randburg ripped me off for R1500-00. Full propshaft and center bearing plus balancing came to R2200-00 Iv asked for refund and they said they will send it in to be tested. Its about three months and i'm still waiting. Pathetic service! I was also told that the chassis was bent on my bakkie and they could not do balancing. I sent the bakkie for testing and it turns out that there is nothing wrong with the chassis.

Mitsubishi East Rand Boksburg has the worst customer service i'v ever seen. Also incompetent staff!
I took my 2001 4x4 colt bakkie there Jan 2016 for a quote on repairs and was told that it had a ****n head gasket and needed a new fuel pump etc. Quoted price was about R60000-00 to repair. I took the bakkie back and decided to to go to another workshop as the price was to high and get a second opinion. it turns out that it was just a radiator cap that was not holding pressure and the fuel pump filter was dirty. Total cost was about R1250-00. When i had my bakkie at mitsubishi for the quote they had done a engine clean and only to find out by the time i drove back home i smelt something burning. Turns out the fuse box cover was off and lying on the exhaust manifold all melted. I'V phoned charl now numerous times and all i get is we will look into it and come back to you. Today is the 10Th of May 2016 and still nothing. Mitsubishi east rand is one big scam!!! I will never buy another mitsubishi in my life again due to my experience with them.

Vodacom steals your airtime with out notifying you
As a pay as you go customer with vodacom for the last +- 15 years i find their service has become worse.<br> Vodacom makes it a priority to send sms's for knight shift every time you load airtime but when your data bundle expires that is never a priority! Only sometimes i don't get these sms's to say my data bundle is expired and then my remaining airtime gets taken with out me knowing.<br> I have spoken to the call center numerous times and i get told is that i must check my balances everyday.<br> This is vodacom's incompetent pathetic service that i get!<br> Paying for services we don't get!!!
