Not reachable at all.Emailed,phoned absolutely no response No customer support. Really terrible service. Offering next day delivery service.(bull****) It has now been 3 days just sitting at processing order. Upsetting.Was looking forward to my weekend. #Ruined

Be careful when buying or ordering from this supplier. He does not live up to his promises. Bad service received. Blinds were not to size. Came to fetch and rectify the problem and its been 3 days now waiting for my blinds. Also impossible to reach him by phone or email. I will be opening a case against him at SAPS

I phoned Telkom about a line fault on Monday 29/6/2015 they replied and said that it would take 48 hours for the problem to be resolved.. I kept on phoning them every day to know my fault status.. And each time they said that there is a technician sent out.. On the friday i went to telkom to hear what is going on,only to find out that no technicians were sent out the whole week.. The guys were sitting in the yard the whole week because of some service vans contract waiting for renewal.. I am very disatisfied with Telkom's service and wish that i can move my adsl line to another company but Telkom is the only service provider for adsl lines.. This is my reference number 225ark290615.. I would like an explanation because my wife works from home needing the adsl line..
