poor after sales performance
Cant recommend to buy there. I rodered a fountain pump which was to small, so returned it on my cost. Even after 4 weeks no processing of credit! No feedback on emails first and last time I bought there

ADT Fish Hoek Cape Town
Most terrible service ever. I'm speaking about the sales, technical and after sales service in Fish Hoek / Cape Town. I had a contract which I cancelled cause of ******* sale if used hardware, endless repairs of a simple alarm system and never ending request of the sales woman here for contribution to the community. Highly unprofessional!!!

Pathcare DRS DIETRICH, VOIGT, MIA
most terribel customer service i ordered over a doctor a covid test for my son the doctor added without my knowledge an additional bacterial test (which does not make sense at all, but generates a side income) so now I had to pay for I test which I did not requested because pathcare does not care at all about clients also another covid test took 8 days till i received the results! In future I skip any tests which been run over this organisation

SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE is rubbish
cant give zero stars, or even less? the SA post office is a complete PITA. waiting for a shipment from USA since the 7th of January 2021 and did not even get a notice. Its useless like all ANC government related services!!! Run by a bunch of lazy, uneducated clowns. Hope they get bancrupt soon and those lazy crooks end up at the robot begging for donations Not even have, forms for applications in most offices, what a JOKE! DO NOT USE THE SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE

Ripp off money lending
the above named company is deregistered for good reasons their fraud business behaviour, lending money with service fees which are higher than the sum of the loan, was not legal at all. there are few companies involved with balboa finance, such as balboa trading, balboa financial etc STAY away from them!!!

passing the buck
Ordered and paid R4500 on 30.08.2019 for outdoor cushions at this company www.outdoorcushions.co.za nothing delivered, no communication, land line is not working and the guy via cellphone, sales rep. Tongai just comes up with stories. Stay away from this company!!!

Promax welding machines
we bought a promax acdc 200 protig over a local dealer. after not even 100hrs the machine was defective. Promax, which is sold by a plumbing company does not stock or supply any internal spare parts. Machnine had to be repaired and is still not working properly. my recommendation: stay away from this brand, waste of time and money!

samuels rental lansdowne
There is a family Samuels, renting out acomodation in Pinati / Lansdowne Better stay away from those people acomodation is dirty and in terrible condition, they just grab your money and do nothing they also not paying back the deposit, and come up with stories be warned !!!

Makro online store not suitable for shopping
extremly poor online store. ordered a kitchen scale on the 27th of april order was cancelled by Makro on the 6th of may now it takes up to 14 days to get refunded seems the online store isnt up to date with stock of items thats pretty bad
