I URGE YOU TO NOT USE MAKRO FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASES. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, WASTE OF TIME. ALOT OF TIME, AND MONEY. Item Ordered 28th June 2025 ETA 30 June 2025 Extended to 3 July 2025 (promised by call center agent) No notifications Cancelled without my order or input 8 July 2025 I have to now wait 7-10days for a refund. Makro has no standards or quality. Do not order online. I've immediately placed an order with LiveStainable online. 10x more reliable and professional. They have no way of escalating the matter. Makro management is not concerned with customers concerns or ill experiences.
