Makro - The useless Call Centre and online order function
I URGE YOU TO NOT USE MAKRO FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASES. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, WASTE OF TIME. ALOT OF TIME, AND MONEY. Item Ordered 28th June 2025 ETA 30 June 2025 Extended to 3 July 2025 (promised by call center agent) No notifications Cancelled without my order or input 8 July 2025 I have to now wait 7-10days for a refund. Makro has no standards or quality. Do not order online. I've immediately placed an order with LiveStainable online. 10x more reliable and professional. They have no way of escalating the matter. Makro management is not concerned with customers concerns or ill experiences.

Well. It is the month of ramadaan, a holy month in which my wife and I fast.<br> The area is good, familiar when it comes to breaking your fast. 07-07-2015<br> <br> >Arrived at 17h00 placed order specified for the food to arrive @17h30 or after 17h30<br> >Food arrives at 17h20<br> >Doors are open in winter<br> >Asked for it to be kept in the warmer, told that warmer wasn't working<br> >Ate cold hake,calamari,prawns,chips,rice, the taste was horrible, too much lemon butter under cooked<br> >They did not have passion fruit and lemonade,i complained and asked if i am still expected to pay for this \meal"<br> >The manager arrives and asks if all was okay"
