Ordered a microphone for our webinar room in September 2021. Was provided with excuses for delayed shipping several times. Company has now stopped responding entirely.
Company advertised product online, acknowledged purchase, billed credit card, and then after 11 days admitted that they did not have stock and could not acquire it. Offered a different product not to the same specification. It is irresponsible to offer products and accept purchases when the seller does not carry or have access to stock.
Uncontactable except via WhatsApp bot service; "agents" have no background or insight; unable to do anything other than follow a script; major delays in service; my line was registered to someone else; no feedback or responses to follow-up; etc.
Very poor service, technicians without any insight, almost impossible to communicate, don't answer the phone, "ticket number" invalid... need I go on?

I am a practitioner lodging a formal complaint against the HPCSA for unacceptable delay in processing my specialist registration. After losing my first set of documents (delivered by registered mail), they have had the second set since June 2, and they are not yet even captured on the system, according to my weekly telephone calls to follow up. The HPCSA is unfairly limiting my ability to practice the profession for which I have trained. Not having a valid specialist registration puts me in a tenuous position with my employer (the Department of Health) who expects specialist-level services. Pleas address this issue immediately.
