Good day. I have a problem with Mweb. As an old customer since 1995, I am very disappointed in the service they provide. I moved house and applied for fibre on the 6/7/2020. I am aware that they do all negotiations with OPEN SERVE TO GET THE FIBRE TO THE HOUSE. However there is fibre, but no box or cable. I eventually got the router delivered in the week, but no one can tell me when openserve will do installation. I spent hours trying to get info, but I get cut off or no one comes back to me with an answer. I am losing income and am out if solutions now. Is this what I am having to be satisfied with into the future? Is no one interested in any excellence?

Good day, I want to give my opinion about MTN. I am probably one of the oldest customers but I just had enough. Firstly they increase contract customer prices, then their shops are constantly offline. Thirdly, they confirm twice that your roaming is active, just to arrive in the USA to find iut you have NO sms, calls or data available!!! In the past they could still activate it while you are abroad. Lately apparently, they can do nothing about it. I have had enough of this! Good bye MTN!
