They're the worst company despite having people's retirement money. My dad retired in Oct dure to cancer. Medical aid stopped because he's now not working. Sentinel keeps giving different dates for release of funds. My dad needs treatment and has no source of funds current and yet he has millions held by Sentinel
I bought 18inc wive for my niece's matric dance. She lives in Bloemfontein and I'm in Sky City just outside Alberton. I went to Pep Sky City for paxi courier services. Two ladies assisted me on that day. First one on the till capturing my details and the other one assisting her with fetching the courier plastic as it was quite busy in the store that day. The second lady asked me what am I sending? I told her its a wive. I then handed it over to her. She told me that the hair will be inserted and sealed for delivery. Four days late, my sister receives parcel in Bloem, the plastic that had hair from the store where I bought the hair was inside paxi parcel plastic but no hair was in there. I went back to the store to ask that lady what happened to my hair. Paxi plastic doesn't show and attempt of being tempered with. It shows that the plastic was properly sealed and that hair was never in it. I raised this issue with the manager. The lady was called and she said she doesn't know what happened. Store manager told me she's going to refer the matter to her regional manager for CCTV footage so that we can see exactly what happened. I was told to wait for CCTV guys so that they can tell me what exactly happened. I've been waiting even now they went mute on me. The child's matric dance was on the 8th Aug. We had to borrow money to buy her another wive as Pep people are taking forever to resolve our issue. All we asking for is that the hair be returned so that we can get a refund for it and settle money borrowed for second wive. Hello Peter please assist.
I bought a Telefunken TV in March this year and the remote for this TV is not working. I've been communicating with the lady I bought the TV from telling her this problem. It's been over 3 months now and I'm still waiting for response from them. Three weeks back I decided to escalate this matter to the Branch Manager. I communicated with the Branch Manager about this problem, he said he'll get back to me. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for the Manager to get back to me. Yesterday I decided to call him and couldn't get hold of him, then I asked for his email address. I sent the email address and still he didn't respond until I called him yet again. I finally got hold of him, then he tells me that he got my email. The reason for him not to response to my email only he knows. He said he'll get back to me before end of the business yesterday, even now I'm still waiting.<br> <br> This Manager is not taking his clients serious because I don't believe I should wait for this long for something that I bought cash with my own money.
