Telkom maybe cheap but it's useless as one can't transfer data or anything as the new app is not working whatsoever. Also because I decided not to renew my last contract they phone daily even when told not to. Do yourself a favor and don't get Telkom
I have 4 different items with Telkom mobile. In December 2020 after housebreaking my devices were stolen. I went to Telkom and reported this thinking when I left that everything was done. My insurance wanted blacklisting numbers and when called Telkom I was informed the phones has not been blacklisted and I had to again give all the details. After long process of holding on and waiting I was told they could not pick up the police station so I will have to go and report it at another station. What incompetence or maybe what pathetic system one wonder which comes first.
I would recommend any person or collector of watches never to invest with this company or brand of watch this is if you do not want the same lame excuses for not wanting to cover costs for damages due to their service providers. I was told by the above company and took my Luminox for a battery replacement to watches unlimited in 2017 and they then referred me to Archie's time services in August 2018. After a year and 4 months the watch started fogging up and we sent it to Trega directly just after lockdown finished 29 July. After no feedback we received feedback in November and ultimately the owner of the company called telling me that you don't take a Toupta to a backyard mechanic to which I replied Toyota won't send me to backyard mechanic. He was clearly not interested in helping me saying we had the batter replaced in 2017 and three years passed now we have a problem. Mr. Tregers math or lack 9f facts shows the same work ethic as his employees as he clearly did not check the invoices and facts and was only interested in telling us they are not interested in our request. So to make it simple if you want to have quality service and products the I highly recommend you avoid these guys as they have no clue what customer service and ethics mean
If you want to be unhappy or maybe you have to much data or have just want bad service dont look any further take out a Vodacom contract I will guarantee you they will do you in or atleast ensure your doctor will need to prescribe stronger blood pressure meds Incompetent beyond words
Hello Peter asked me to rate my Vodacom feedback but it's hard to rate if its non-existent. Nothing changed useless at service delivery but grate at shafting clients . If you ever consider using Vodacom rather buy a car with lots of problems it will give you lots more happiness
I had a contract with Vodacom and after the completion of my 24 month contract I called in and cancelled it in January 2020. Since then every month Vodacom has chosen to keep deducting money meaning I have to go into the bank causing travelling and bank reversing costs. I am going to open a case against Vosacom as they are intentionally stealing my money this after I had cancelled my contract. This is not new practice for a company known for overcharging for data usage they cannot explain or data disappearing. No ethics but no surprise
I want the airg removed from my profile immediately as I am being charged for something vodacom activated without my consent. I see lots of complaints about this and it seems that vodacom are defrauding people by loading this onto their accounts. Remove immediately and yes I will go to Mtn or Cell c and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
Been a client with autopage since 2006. I tried to enquire why my billing keep getting higher every month but the customer service department is truly pathetic. I was told to sms 3033 and then it will dissapear but vodacom sends back you are not subscribed followed by next sms your recurring R7.00 will be deducted. Funny thing I never asked to get airg. So vodacom are loading this application on users phones and deduct their money and then we get helped by people incapable of assisting themselves. If I could I would cancel contract right now and will never use vodacom or autopage again. Maybe my payments should be like their service- non existent.
