My friend and I went for a manicure and after 2 hours we ended up leaving with nails that were bubbling and still wet. The lady attempted to do my nails 4 times and it was still bubbling. My friends nails were still wet after this time because they couldn't access the room in which the quick dry was in. They gladly accepted my money and did not offer to refund me. I left very unhappy and explained the situation to the receptionist as the manager was not in on this day. I was told the manageress would call me the next day..Saturday. She did not. I called Sunday and was told she gets in at 12:30 and that she was given the message yesterday to call me. It was 13:45 and I had not heard from her so I called again. I was told she had just stepped out. I asked when she would be back and I was told in 15min to 30min. I was told that she is entitled to a lunch break. That is all fair and well except that she only got in at 12:30 and takes an hour lunch an hour later? I'm not surprised. I dont see her ever planning on phoning me hence my reason for posting this. Their service and attitude is shocking. Unless u want bubbling nails and have 3 hours then don't bother going and wasting money.
I submitted my application for my provident fund payout in January and I was told that if I have not received my money by June I should contact them. Since June I have contacted them numerous times and every single time I cannot get a straight answer. I get told it's a process and they do not know how long it will take. Then what are they doing there? Certainly not helping their clients. It's shocking that people have to wait so many months for their own money. Not to mention that incompetent people are employed that have no idea how to do their job.
On the 14th I received a call from First4women,after having to sms them twice for a quote,after a lengthy conversation I asked lebo if she would email me the quote,so that I could discuss it with my husband.She said ok,I would do that and said goodbye.So I stopped her and had to ask her if she would like my email address,she then said umm,let me see if I have it (I knew she didn't have it as I didn't give it to her).She then said she did not have it,so I gave it to her,at this point I picked up she had no interest with emailing me the quote.I then asked her to call me the next day so that I could let her know if we were going to accept the quote,she said she would.<br> <br> I am still waiting for the email and the phone call from Tuesday the 14th of July.<br> <br> PATHETIC,USELESS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A 0.....<br> I AM DISGUSTED....
