****ty and messy service I received from these people, never ever again, went to check in and was made to wait for more than two hours while they are cleaning and yet I made prior arrangements........messy service.......KEENAN was the guy responsible for my apartment.....F$$k this company........NooiT!!!!

I was a bonitas member "bonsave" for over 15 years and recently lost my job, tried to get my savings paid back to me, filled a form with all supporting documents and sent through ages ago.....no response, tried calling and got a negative response from someone who claimed they have no access to see my profile and won't transfer to the relevant department,
Went to identity and to pay my Truworths account at Mall of Africa and was met with a rude and lazy lady called Cindy who refused to assist me to pay for my account .......pure laziness and worse thinking I don't understand their language......"gossiping about them being tired of serving unbuying customers of TRUWORTHS"........
Such an inconvenience to bank with them, no turn around time for our stamped documents Lack of ambassadors to stamp for clients, which causes more stress and hunger on us as the poor people who rely on simple banking.....tymebank is useless.....you wait a week for a stamped document.....haaai suka!!!
Called tymebank several times trying to get my GEPF documents stamped, first they sent me a document with errors which was thus rejected and from the 15th of May I cannot get an ambassadors available to sign and stamp my documents, this bank is more frustrating than making banking easier, worse stuff engagement from two call center agents MBALI MASHAWU (lacking peoples communication skills) and KIDIBONE who couldn't resolve my query and still left without a stamped document, frustrated by the lack of agents who are supposedly all off on a Monday "business day" Tableview/Tablebay Mall/Boxer Dunoon/Bayside Mall/ Milnerton Mall. ***** with this bank?????, what services are we paying for here????, FUDGE TYMEBANK ref:DR13069....
I got two loans in Mitchells OLD MUTUAL, after being approached by one of their agents (RENE), who told me I would be paying less than R1100.00 for my OLD MUTUAL loans. <br> We went in to the branch and everyone knows him and treated him like a normal stuff member INCLUDING THE MANAGER and he just gave them my loan application doc's and the next thing, I was told to sign and amount given to me to pay back was lesser than R 1100.00 for both loans. My loan bill came back reflecting high amounts and when I went to complain at the branch I was never given a satisfying answer and I couldn't afford ,my account started to accumulate arrears which wasn't on the agreement initially. I sent an e-mail to DAVID PRICE the complaints manager from OLD MUTUAL, who was the investigating the matter after many people from LIBERTY found themselves strained as well cause of the same people and the same merits and they were helped accordingly but I'm being told I can afford the loans of which no one ever reviewed my expenses or anything there of, because all that information in the contract was fraudulent in the first place.
