Product was absolutely nothing like what was displayed on the website Quality is shocking I would pay maximum R50 for what I received Size is way oversized - S could fit someone who takes an XL Continued back and forth for correct resolution - with no final yet Their email replies have no contact details
FRAUD! SCAM! I have ordered and paid for a dishwasher which I have not received they are not replying to emails and they do not take calls. Infact managed to get hold of them and they put the phone down on me and now refuse to answer the call
Still waiting for my order to be delivered Pathetic that you cannot get hold of them telephonically They only take emails but never reply or take days and days to reply I placed an order over R1000 rand and this is my being left in the dark having to constantly wait to hear when I am going to receive my order!? Order placed and paid 25.05.2021 A little feedback on when I can expect to receive my order would be nice!!!!!!!! Quick to take customers money but far on the other side of the spectrum to get back to customers or get them their order!?
Fantastic online shopping experience. Very efficient and constant communication along the way - until I received my order! Thank you guys for reminding me that online shopping can be seamless and a great experience!
We have been a member for 14yrs. Every time we contact to book we never get the accommodation we would like to book. And we call well in advance. We have made a booking for this coming weekend over a month ago. When the booking was made we let them know we would like to book at Dikalolo however they told us it was booked but they would try their best to get us accommodation there. They then let his know that there was nothing available so we settled for Little Eden. Today, 4days before we are meant to be heading to this weekend away we get a call to say we cannot use any of the facilities besides the splash pool due to a flood which happened last year. We then ask if we can still do the walk to the water fall and are replied to with “I don’t know”. To be fair his is pathetic service! We pay levies every year yet we are replied to with things like facilities cannot be used and I don’t know. 1. Why was this not told to us when we booked if the flood happened last year? 2. How do you reply with I don’t know??? 3. Surely these are things you find out and know in order to inform members! 4. Pathetic service! 5. We pay for a service and no service is given! What will be done to rectify this!?
DSTV called us asking to have our decoders changed as dual view will be completely discontinued, we agreed, new decoders delivered and installed however the account wasn't upgraded therefore it is not working.<br> After 4-5 calls yesterday some calls were put down on us and others promised to call us back from DSTV which didn't happen. The entire morning on the phone as well - only to find out that the explorer was connected incorrectly. Up your game DSTV it's not like we are paying R100 a month for your services! Quick to take our money but not to deliver what we pay for! Your after sales service needs to be worked on and in a major way!
