This company has a loan aplication form and the public fill it in hoping to secure a loan. No loan ever materialises. Instead they start debitting your account for so called services. When this is queried they tell you that a contract was entered into that is binding. A mandate is mentioned and they say nobody forced you. I requested a copy of this so called contract and of course they cant produce it. They tell you to go to their website. They threaten you with legal action whilst you have no idea what for. How do they still operate? I got an summons sms today that they said will be delivered by the sheriff of the court. I see 100's of reviews sent to hellopeter but nothing gets done? Carte Blanche story, will just send to them, these criminals needs to be dealt with and closed.
A few months ago i just went on google to see if I can get a small loan somewhere, so all the loan companies you give your name and idnumber to see if you qualify. I never send payslips, application forms or anything, and is sequestrated so will not get any loan. Yet these people are just taking money every month which i asked them for proof of my signature, they cannot give it because they said it is under their terms and conditions. This is exactly why there is an consumer law to protect us agains this. They dont want to cancel my "query" fee and says I am owing them R680. How ridicilous is this?
Again very bad service from a Nationwide big company like Telkom. Line reported 4 weeks ago, not getting any feedback from Telkom on progress or what the problem is with the line. I am reporting for my uncle, he doesnt have email or any other form of communication so this is his life line, please Telkom! We have logged an fault two weeks ago, phones every second day and every day they tell us that it is an area cable fault, they are waiting for stock from Cape Town?!!! Really?!! I cannot work or phone or watch tv nothing at home because of a dead line. My accout is cut if I do not pay exact amount, but I have to wait for them?!!! Pathetic, going to take it away and go the vodacom root!
With the tax season opening on 1 July 2015 for submitting our personal tax on efiling to SARS, all my months last year) have not submitted our IRP5's yet. I contacted the company - Mantella Trading 310 in Witbank who then told me it is with the accountants for submitting. This is the company my complaint is about - Accounting & Corporate Structuring Solutions. I phoned, emailed, sms, begged and even the previous company's MD gave them the go ahead to give me mine so long. Their response is no, I can wait and get mine maybe end of July with the other 600 employee's. This is my money, they are stealing from me by not giving me mine. I asked them to give me mine so long manually, I will submit myself to SARS and they just refuse and are not responding. This is my \bonus money"every year and I need the money urgently! The SARS deadline was 31 May 2015 for companies to submit and the company is going to be heavily fined"
