We made a deposit incorrectly to an account on July it was a Sunday 1st thing on Monday morning I went into Umphakathi branch in Mohlakeng I was told that the branch will work on fixing it within 10 to 14 days after the query has been logged. No communication was received from the bank side I followed numerous times with the person who assisted me on day. I was told after numerous attempts to come to the branch only to be told that my query was canceled without any feedback/communication to me. Then another query was logged it's now the 3rd week since my 2nd visit to the said branch till today no feedback has been provided when I call with the number that I was provided and ## after dailing the number. The telephone line is very bad you can not hear the person from the other side. This totally unacceptable and bad for a bank with a slogan like yours. Over and above this I'm being charged ridiculous bank fees. Right all I want is to cancel everything with you because you lead people to worse living conditions and poverty with how you treat customers. As it the above was enough I was charged a airport lounge fee whereas I had one complementary access. What is that?
I'm disappointed by your charges and the fact that I have 2 credit listing on my account for dstv whereas I only have 1 account with you. So please fix this before I report you to the broadcasting corporation
I have been charged ridiculously fees, by my bank which I don't get why. I then erroneously transferred money into the account with a negative balance I lost that money which was not meant for me. I called spoke to Thando who gave me a very Suttle attitude. I need that money by tomorrow for a very important cause. I am getting an pleasure from my so called "how can we help you " friendly bank which was not the experience for me.
I was called to collect my layby from the westgate store as it is closing down. I asked that I be refunded in cash as it was a debit card payment. The response I got was so unexpected and rude that this can treat their customers like this. I will not ever buy from this brand because they have no fair treatment for the customer.
I was disconnected due to non payment caused by serious personal issues. I have since settled my outstanding balance but multichoice is still not reconnecting my service. I called the contact center a multiple times but I have not been assisted till this day. I was promised that the issue was escalated and I will receive a call but 4 days later no communication from dstv instead I'm the calling but still no one is able to tell what the real problem is. So please don't black list me and just cancel my subscription.

My bank that I have been a long standing customer for. I send them a long request, and the response I get from them is very short like they don't care.
I received a call from your agent offering me price lock at my current rate, to my surprise in April 2023 my rate has been increased to R807.6. I called the call center 2 weeks ago. I was promised that an escalation has been locked and I will receive feedback with the next 72 hours. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. I followed up this morning and it seems as though nothing has been done regarding my query. This is one of the reasons you are loosing customers, because you do as you please with people's accounts. If you can't fix this cancel my subscription.
Zero customer service and the superiors are never Available to assist customers.
1st I reported fraudulent transactions in my account. To-date I still haven't received a response from you. Now recently you bounced all my debit orders and charged me exorbitant amounts for fees. I want to cancel all about six or seven products I have with you.
