Pathetic customer service at Game Louis trichard or Makhado. The shop had sunglasses on the shelves. I liked and wanted to buy only for the cashier named Ronewa Khorombi to tell me and my sister the product is not on the system and that I can't have it. I asked for a manager (Isaac Moswobi) who was rude and didn't care less what my request was. He also told me with a very rude tone that if it is not on the system It can't be sold to me. He was also making an excuse and blaming the merchandise guys who packs the stock without even solving the problem. He doesn't care whether we complain to game or not. Your staff need customer training including the manager he also need more training on leadership management.
The school admission administrator is rude and disrespectful and angry she thinks by doing her job she actually doing one a Favour and the worse part is she said im doing u a favour by placing your daughter at our school. The deputy principal made the matter worse by trying to defend her and explain what she meant by favour. Im so disappointed and disrespected with the way I was treated yesterday 03/12/2019 at 09:00.
I phoned iwyze on the 30 of june 2015 at 2:30 to cancel my insurance by the 24 of july 2015. I spoke to Siza Ngubane who confirmed that a debit wont go through on the 25 of july and promise to send me a cancellation confirmation letter which I still havent received. I phoned back the 22nd of july spoke to mpho from retention who told me my policy cancellation is on the 25 of august andvthe debit will go through on the 25th of july which is unacceptable. Siza told me her name means help clearly knows nothing of doing the first thing right and listerningvto what I was requesting her to do. I want the cancellation done and confirmed as promised and the debit order reversed. Im sad I feel im being punished for cancelling with iwyze. REF:45567859
