This is definitely an online scam! Orders placed are not fulfilled for 8 months and refunds are not processed when promised. When I reached out to the owner for resolution, she sarcastically told me that I was just another sheep and clapped her hands saying I should fall in line. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. She lied about her kids being sick and about having cancer - she is a ruthless scumbag
I've literally never had a delivery go as planned! For a business that deals with birthdays and other celebrations, they have no understanding of the importance of delivery as promised. It is alleged that delivery was attempted but couldn't take place even though no notes or comments are available and the contact number provided was never dialed. Then the contact centre (Jerome) promises a callback and doesn't call back and when I call the contact centre again to complain about the lack of action I am refused access to a manager and simply told the manager would call me back...this after a failed promise on delivery and a failed promise on a call back already!?! Warren Diedericks is not a customer service manager!
My bank card expires today! Im a premier banking client but ive been waiting for over a week for someone in FNB to care wnough to ensure that i have a bank card on a piblic holiday tomorrow. All supervisors are too holy to help... their managers are all in meetings! So i will just have to sit without money tomorrow? FNB sucks!!! Im open to business from Capitec or ABSA! If anyone in these banks are reading this message, let me know and lets start working together!

<p>When I registered a bond I was advised to register a higher bond for future use. I did this and decided to request the higher amount for home renovations a year later. I applied on 20 January and was promised a turn around time of 7 - 14 days. Today is 38 days since the applciation was submitted with ALL relevant documentation as per application form. In addition, I've sent in excess of 60 email and made in excess of 32 calls to FNB to get this sorted out. Every day I am told tomorrow. FNB has stolen more than a month from me and continue to hold me on a piece of string without any solid resolution.</p>
<p>Yesterday I requested a side by side comparison of premier and private service offerings and was promised an email from Kamohelo Malakoana. I don't know why I am surprised that 24 hours passed with no such email reaching me. So today I retry and Busisiwe Khumalo answers my chat after 35 minutes but then goes on a break and only tends to my questions 10 minutes later. Her only response is to advise that no such comparison exist and she can't answer why I didn't get an email or was even offered an email. Oh, and she also refuses to apologise for the lack of communication for 10 minutes and when asked to get a manager to contact me was unable to confirm when I can expect such a call</p>
