Build it Thembisa did me dirty. In fact, they are the king of switch-and-bait. They displayed a 5 piece “quality” toilet set only to sell me a ****ty product. And they refuse to change it, claiming that it is not their fault that they sold me a ****ty product because they do not manufacture their supplies. ****ty reasoning plus ****ty customer services!! 😤
I genuinely feel at home with MiWay Insurance. I just wish they could take over all my insurable interests. Big shoutout to Nomthandazo and Precious —You guys rock!
One of the worst property management agents I’ve dealt with. They lack basic integrity and communication, and consistently fail to perform the duties they are paid for. Debt collection is effectively dumped on unit owners, while they continue to pay themselves from our levies for doing next to nothing. At this point, they should consider changing their name to Solver Property Disservice—because service is clearly not their strong suit.
Letlotlo was not only knowledgeable but also patient and eloquent in explaining the assessment outcomes as well as the next steps. And she answered all my questions regarding car hire and possible excess recovery from the 3rd party.

Lillian is an epitome of customer service! I wish MiWay had a better premium for my phone but I had to go with Naked Insurance which offered me R400 less than what MiWay offered. I am sad that I could not have all my “insurable interests” under one Insurer.
MiWay conduct insurance as it should be conducted - it has personal touch. The agents are very helpful and have vast knowledge of insurance business. Especially, Tumelo and Thuto were very helpful and answered all my questions. I am forever MiWay!
