Angry bored and in disbelief customer

I bought a 3 plate stove on take a lot on the 5th of may 2026 and today is the 24th and for the 1st time since buying the stove i wanted to bake something for my family only to find out that the oven is not working. Take a lot is not talking any responsibility. They state that the manufacturer must be contacted. Univa is not responding. Please help getting incontact with someone who can help me or refund me.

FNB agents are very ***********, i have had an issue with my account for a week and every time i call them, they put me on hold and hang up. i have been sent from pillar to post even on the secure message on the app(those are the worse they are even rude). My account is on hold and i need to use MY money but I can't. After this pay day I am cancelling my account I am tired of FNBs nonsense. I will never recommend this bank to anyone instead ill tell them to run very fast away from FNB.

no help from customer support

i was on a call with Maserame who is very rude and provided little to nothing help regarding my query. she didn't want my information to give me accurate response on my query, she behaved like their assistance is one size fit all. I am very disappointed that i even released the call without getting assisted.

frustrated customer

I am so angry for the inconvenience caused by home-connect. their portal was not working when i tried to pay even the options to pay at the stores. They advised me to cancel the package that i have and re-apply, i did that with the hope of getting my data up and running but its been 3 days now with no data and they don't even care how much inconvenience they cause me. I spoke to a lot of people with no hope of being assisted. i have used more than R800 buying data since i am working from home. when i tell them to refund me so that i can take a different ISP they tell me "we can't do that". I am tired of begging good quality customer service while i pay a lot of money for the fibre service.

intimate network and low speed

I am paying for 100/50 speed but i am getting even half of that, I have to call everyday for my speed to be reconfigured and my intimate network. I am getting tired of their nonsense and excuses. I feel like I am in an abusive relationship where i give more that i receive.

Miway life is a ****

Miway took the whole week to payout my claim and when they payed out the money was short with R2000 which i requested a clarification on why this has happened on the 10th of Jan now its the 17th and noone has called or sent an email regarding my issue. Miway has a very poor service. I have been their client for more than 5 years with no claim but this happens the 1st time i claim. i will never recommend miway to anyone and i might not be important to your company but you have lost a loyal client.
