I sent a package through postnet, and asked for overnight service as the package needs to be in Johannesburg by 15:00, it is needed for work purposes. The package was delivered at 16:30 while my colleague had already left the shopping complex. My colleague had to travel to Durban together with the device, but couldn't as it was delivered late. When I called the pretoria west branch, they said my colleague must hang out atleast till 16:00 as the package will be at the roodepoort branch by then, this was 15:35. I am very disappointed that I paid R300.00 for a service that was not delivered, and our company will have to find alternative ways to do the work in Durban without the proper device. Another expense that was not budgeted for.

I claimed insurance from 24hour mobility. I got a Samsung S6 edge which was not working. I then called the insurance company. I have been calling the company and talking to Zantelle. She does not give me any updates each time I call I am being told that they are waiting for Samsung while they told me that the whole process takes 7 working days. The device was collected from me on the 3rd August just after 13:00. and to this day I do not have a phone. I am the one that has to do follow ups all the time. Now when I call Simone answers but I cannot get through to Zantelle to get feedback. Zantelle and the manager are busy and cannot come to the phone they will call me back. I called about 3 times today but I still wait for a phone call from Zantelle or her manager
I have an active insurance with 24 Hour Mobility and my phone is lost. I called the call center on the day the device was lost wich was 27/07/2015 and they told me what i needed to do in order for me to a phone, i did everything as instructed by them and sent through all the paperwork on the 28/07/2015. Then they sent me an sms saying there is information missing and i must call the 0861110004 number which i did, then the consultant asked what happened and i explained to her and she then told me my claim has been declined due to negligence and they tell me about a totally different number. How does one neglect their phone on purpose so that it can be lost? I wonder if the staff members there do not take their cars for a wash and loose things? i have been paying for the insurance for 2 years and now that my phone has been lost i cant get it back because it was lost? Then why do they cover loss if they dont want to give me a phone now? Then the consultant continues to say my insurace will be cancelled due to the claim being declined. This is a total rip off and i have been loyal with the company for the time i have been with them. I will take this further to the ombudsman.
