My delivery was scheduled for 12 Sept at 13h00. I called in asked Alyssa De Swardt once to make a plan and deliver today 11 Sept. She called back after 30 minutes and said she made a plan. Booooooooom, by 15h38 the parcel was in my hands

There was an issue with the delivery, where the courier company marked my item as delivered in err. J Cell Bar got on the phone and was in contact with me every ten minutes until the driver was at my home. They went over and above to assist to resolve the issue.

Please don't deal with this company , I received a new phone which had a hardware problem. Kindly consider buying from reputable companies.

I claimed insurance from 24hour mobility. I got a Samsung S6 edge which was not working. I then called the insurance company. I have been calling the company and talking to Zantelle. She does not give me any updates each time I call I am being told that they are waiting for Samsung while they told me that the whole process takes 7 working days. The device was collected from me on the 3rd August just after 13:00. and to this day I do not have a phone. I am the one that has to do follow ups all the time. Now when I call Simone answers but I cannot get through to Zantelle to get feedback. Zantelle and the manager are busy and cannot come to the phone they will call me back. I called about 3 times today but I still wait for a phone call from Zantelle or her manager

I'm very fed-up wit how I've been treated for past 2months without a device.1stly.my replaced device was booked in 4 repairs on the 4th after spending 21days without a device it came back Worse. I had 2 do all follow ups. ever since I've been not connected. Simone either swaps wit a worse phone or a device full of scratches' don't understand why can't they replace wit a Brand new because they them selves can proof that every device they send has too many fault. j cell bar is unprofessional company. Not taking care of their clients and have a don't care attitude. I'm sick n tired of them.my life has been on stand still for months now, and it still going on. I contacted speak out for assistance to expose them in national television n I am contacting few media paper for a story. With all the email communication ever since from the 4th.Even the device they gave me the speaker is not working - how unprofessional for a big company like that's. If they cant make it up for a simple cell phone that's means there's more bigger thing that they rob people with.im tired and angry.
