What a big SCAM this people are. they always sending me sms increase percentage of 0.75 each month. my agreement with them was 2year contact and now the dragging the payment, which is taking forever, i have tried calling them to pay off my outstanding balance and no response. DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUT WITH THEM. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. all they want is to stay in one's account and taking money. no service consultant - no email response - i just hate and regret doing business with MOBICRED
Bull **** service Maponya mall stand out..talk about rude consultant penny from maponya mall takes the tittle..I went to book my contract phone for repairs after water damage and I was not assisted in any manner..the consultant told me to find a Samsung outlet and book it myself.after 9 yrs of being with telkom, be it my laptop contracts, be my cell phone contracts I'm shocked. To my understand they need to book it for me, when things have changed I was not well informed instead she gave me bull **** attitude, asked to see the manage she said the manager is sick..I'm stacked with a damaged phone and feel helpless.. dissapointed in telkom and competitors should be made aware of kak service to gain more client like me who are being mistreated.
After so many years with this tracking company I have realized I was all alone. Please be advised I have been with Netstar for over 6-7 years now and being on my 2nd Vehicle I'm just not happy, the location is never accurate and it had never been. Number one the App on my phone never I mean has never match the location, that's all on my 2nd vehicle. Last seen on the app is always the location I was in 2days ago. HOW? when ever I'm at a location I check it out and I don't get the location am at but the previous location I was in hours ago. HOW? Number 2- I have set a zone and that just don't work because my car drove as far as Pietermaritzburg without getting a call or anything from you, NOT EVEN AN SMS, nothing from you guys -its like your company was on leave that day I travelled out of my zone -HOW? Number 3 - I have tried searching if your WhatsApp line can locate the correct location for my car but even worse, USING THAT OPTION 4- I was at home and located where I was in the morning. I have made reviews with you and it seems likes with all this years with you I was just alone, you have such a bad service and I'm the last one to know about it. I'm considering Cartrack or tracker even, and with all above mentioned please cancel my contact without any penalties due to you failing to deliver what is promised as a client and your service not being trustworthy. Even now 04/05/2021 I'm home but my location is still where I was yesterday. I want this contract cancelled and without a settlement fee, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere. To add more, I have made use of WhatsApp self service which I have proof that it picks up my 3 weeks ago location but I'm home. (last date engaged on WhatsApp self service is 13/05/2021) This contract needs to be cancelled as I need to take another one - Just be fair , acknowledge and let me go with peace, Please. Thank you
According to my understanding -staff need to check clothing before it can be presented to the customers, before it can even hit the floor, but that didn't happen with the boots I bought just on Sunday. O Sunday the 13th I bought a brown ankle boots at Jabulani. Tuesday the 15th morning left zip wasn't flexible but managed to put nit it. I only noticed the zip has is damaged and it was damaged from either the shop or factory fault. if its was some clothing then i could take it to the tailor but its a damn new boot that was bought a day ago. only if i had noticed before wearing that its damaged then i would have taken it back. I need Mr price to have a solution with regards to this as it something that can not be used and it wasn't out of charity i paid for it. if you guys can repair it for me i wont mind or exchange with a new one i don't care but I've warn the boots to work and i had no option to take it out. i FEEL VERY UNHAPPY , IM SO NO HAPPY FEELS LIE I WAS ROBBED.PLEASE DO SOMETHING IS NOT FAIR FOR ME A CUSTOMER.I HAVE BEE A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND DONT MISS MY PREMUIM.SO CAN I PLEASE BE SATIESFIED WITH WHAT I PAID FOR.MR PRICE NEED TO RESOLVE THIS.
For as long as I've been shopping at disc -Chem fourways I've never seen a rude woman. I'm not a fussy person and I know were to find everything except if I cant find then I believe staff are there to make it easy for us. i was on the ryt side but couldn't get what I was looking for, only to find that it was on the other side of the counter. Joyce was the closest staff plus she was behind the counter, with a smile I went to her - Guess what before I could even said my hallo, she chased me always without even looking or finding out what was I looking for. I've never felt so left out and angry. I felt left out in a shop that I've use for the rest of my life. she's so bad, im not sure why was she placed at retail stores or if the manager don't teach every staff customer service. I fail to understand if the next person assisted me without hesitation and Joyce acted as if she has something against me. what makes the two staff different if they are both there for us customers. I so angry that it feels like it just happened. Can she be taught manners and customers service?.to make it worse after I moved she said she doesn't have time, but why is she there 1st place.
I HAVE A CELL C CONTRACT AND TO THIS DAY SINCE FROM MAY THE 30TH IVE BEEN PHONE LESS.MY DEVICE WAS BOOKED IN FOR REPAIR END OF MAY 2015 AND NO ONE HAS AN IDEA WERE MY PHONE IS.I CALLED A NUMBER OF TIME TO ENQ AND IVE EVEN VISITED AN OUTLET WERE I HANDED IN MY DEVICE AND THERE ARE NO ANSWER,IM VERY PISSED BECAUSE CELL IS HAPPY WITH MY MONTHLY PREMUIM BENG DEDUCTED WITHOUT FAIL BUT THEY ARE FALLNG ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER.I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE AMBUDS AS IM BEING TREATED UNFAILY AS A CLIENT BUT THEY ARE RECEIVING MY MONEY WERE ELSE I DONT HAVE THEIR PRODUCT.ANS TO ADD ON THAT I WANT MY CONTRACT TO BE TERMONATED EFFECTIVLY.#PISSED CLIENT
I called city to city today, not so long ago to enquire availability to space to tonight's trip, she was very cold she didn't even care to answer or confirm my booking, the was nothing good, her not willing attitude was her best, she sounded as if she was tired and bored to a point were I even asked why is she giving me such bas attitude as if she knows me.im so not impressed at all.im use city to city on a monthly basses and the list was to confirm my booking. We really don't need such bad consultants dealing with client. she really bad in a way that it should be dismissal to admin she have customer service at all and didn't even care. can management do something - that how bad im so angry with the attitude from someone that doesn't even know me.
What a shock of my life in many years to walk in one of the Foschini group with a smile on my face expecting to be assisted by a lovey bright cashier to pay my monthly bill but only to find out no one was available to assist. I stud in front of the computers for 8min a lady came advised someone is coming to help. I waited for 20min and I was so angry that they all saw me but they continued with packing .after 23min as I was tracking time I decided to walk out -as I walked out -same lady wearing a pink top was shocked that after so long no one assisted me - she was working with a short guy. they were in shock but they still didn't try to find me help. they didn't even try to stop me from walking out - they were relived I walked out. am very much NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE OF AXACT JABULANI MALL AS THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR US AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY FAILING US AS CLIENT AND COME MONTH END WE DONT PAY OUR ACCOUNTS THEY MONITOR CONSULTANTS TO CALL US REMINDING TO PAY.BAD SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE IS AXACT JABULANI MALL.IT A NIGHT MARE AND WAIST OF TIME FOR PEOPLE TO ASSOSIATE WITH AXACT STORE BECAUSE IT MEANS ALL FLOOR CONSULTANTS ARE NOT CARING DONT CARE ATTITUTE.
On the 10th of April 2015 around 5am we were woken up my police man to inform us regarding death of our uncle. the police advised he passed on previous day at 9pm.Like normal close relative, neighbours were informed. Death is a serious matter, not easy to deal with, it was a sad moment to a point were the deceased sister collapsed of shock. During the same day around 12,members of the family along with undertaker went to collect the deceased at government mortuary - only to fine my uncle was alive. oe that a shock and a curse to out family. e need answers of how do the doctors go about and confirm someone dead. We need answers. I will be contacting Aron Motswaledi to get clear answers and to inform her of scandal going on at Baragwaneth about doctors selling corps to undertakers. The nurse who confirmed death and the doctors who were involved should be questioned and be escorted out as its danger to our lives all because of extra cash on their pocket -how evil! I will not let this to rest until. you have 7days to contact and investigate or else I will expose you in all ways. someone must take responsibility of this.im very very angry of you incompetency.
I replaced cell phone was booked for repaired through 24 hour mobility. I was insured with 24 hour, I stayed 2 months ago without a cell phone -the supplier 24 hour is using are the worse I've seen.24 hour mobility don't care to make sure I get my device back or to follow up with them and they are the one that connected me with the supplier but now they pulled back. They send me used cell phone with too much faulty. Its either the device is scratched like its been used for 5years,or the speaker is not working or the keypad, over the past 2 months they've done nothing but making my life a leaving hell.im very affected as I can live without a cell phone. No one seems to be taking responsibility of this and I am taking this further with ombuds and all media I can get hold of.at the end of the day you will be expose and ill finally have what I deserve. since no one is willing to end this.
