First of all, they are very rude. The customer service is horrible from top to bottom. Do not waste your time complaining to VW about a dealership if you don’t have a warranty; they will take the dealership’s word over yours. I do not recommend this company and will never buy from them again.
Would never recommend them. Absolutely unacceptable service from First for Women. My water pump claim was suddenly rejected with no call, no explanation, nothing. The day before, when I phoned in, I was clearly told that the water pump is covered and that all required documents and photos had already been received. My car was even at Barons N1 City for assessment and photos. Then out of nowhere: claim rejected. This is either incompetence or deliberate stalling. You waste customers’ time, give conflicting information, and don’t even have the decency to explain your decisions. If you value your time, energy, and sanity, think twice before dealing with this compan
VODACOM DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1, THEY SHOULD BE GETTING ZERO. DO NOT GO THERE FOR FIBRE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY DISCONNECTED ME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND IF I WANT TO CANCEL SINCE NO ONE WANTS TO RECONNECT THE FIBRE I AM BEING TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE INSTALLATION. SO I AM SUPPOSED TO FOLD MY ARMS AND WAIT FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING WHILE I CANT EVEN WORK BECAUSE I DONT HAVE INTERNET. GO TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR FIBRE NOT VODACOM
Incompetent Poor customer service Till today my issue has not been resolved, I applied for a transfer card and they say I owe them R9 700 and they do not even say for which months, as I have been paying every month. Some of the parents warned me about Spark but I did not listen. I will never recommend this school to any parents.
