Telkom is a kak network...in October 2021 I applied online for the 40GB Day and 40GB Night sim only contract..I was called back and approved.. fast forward 04 Nov 2021 I received the sim card...then it happened again on the 12 Nov 2021 I received another sim card...I called them explaining the problem of receiving 2 sim cards though I applied for 1...I was advised to use 1 sim( the one I received first) which I did and still doing so...and they told me they will cancel/deactivate the 2nd sim I received...fast forward today the 04 Dec 2021 I receive a bill that shows that on the 15th Dec 2021 i will be billed twice(for 2 sim contract because on the statement it shows 2 different numbers) I tried to call them from 07h00 up until now 09h57 I'm being sent from pillar to post I can't find help...each call I'm being given a different number and different options to choose but I'm not getting through and I'm not receiving help...I'm so angry and frustrated because even the amount that was agreed upon its not the same amount I'm going to be billed on top of 2 billings...
I bought something online on the 26/04/2020 then my order was confirmed...I paid via EFT and i send them the POP as requested by them on the 28/04/2020. I sent it again for the second time as I received no feedback on the same day. I got feedback from them on the 30/04/2020 that they received my Proof of payment and that my order is being processed. On the 10/05/2020 I sent them an email asking them about the progress/status of my order as I haven't heard anything from them since in April. On the 11/05/2020 they replied and told me the product is an import so they will notify me when the shipment arrives possibly the following week. I waited but I heard nothing from them. On the 08/07/2020 I sent an email enquiring again about my order and in response I got their machine automated response that my request has been received and it's being reviewed by their support staff. I waited a day for a response but nothing again. On the 10/07/2020 I sent another email enquiry again and got the same response i got on the 08/07/2020. What I dont understand is what is so difficult in notifying their customer if they haven't received shipment that they are still waiting for shipment to arrive they will let me know I must be patient. Worse part their website doesn't even have a telephone number where one can contact them only an email and their address. What kind of business that doesn't have a contact number. I now want my refund but I can't go their address as I'm in Mpumalanga and I cant move from province to province due to the lockdown. Please assist me in this regard
I took out a contract phone with ISMART in March 2015 of samsung galaxy core 2 @ R399 pm for 100 smses & R100 airtym pm. The phone was delivered on the 25th same month. Deduction where made from April until now. The sim card and the phone was working well until June. When i insert the sim card it kept and keeps on saying NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK...I called the cell c network customer care trying to find out what's wrong with it. They told me they can't access info on the number and they are not authorised to deal with this sim and it's not their problem. They gave me this no 0860332244 to call and they will help me. I called the no and the 2 people I found on 1 week apart told me they will get my problem to be dealt with and someone will contact me but no one did...mind you this from mid June. Then I called ismart 0214051411 tge lady told me to buy a new cell c sim card and do a sim swap...I did buy the sim card still cell c can't help me do sim swap due to being restricted on it. I'm so tired of this ismart issue and dealing with this unsuccessfully for the past 6-7 weeks now. All I want to do is block the deductions from my bank account. I can't pay for something I'm not using.
