Useless.. Hurley online store.. Rather go to the shop
Absolutely useless.. 1 month to collect item 10 emails.. 4 online agents promised better service Did not get the right boardshorts they looked like a nappy No replacement item as shown on the website... Almost 2 months later got a credit.. Phones don't work, left messages. No apology.. Sent more emails for cash not credit as I would never use them again.. Not reply to date... Rather go to the shop.. Misrepresentation of product online.. Hurley you can do better..

MTN deleting my Services on m contract
Dear MTN At the end of 2020 you decided to change your systems. This resulted in my contract add-ons being deleted like the data package being deleted... so, for 16 months I have to buy my own data.. I also received 100 sms's a month which now has been deleted too... After 200 calls... endless reference numbers and 3 store visits, im still no closer to solving the issue.. Has this happened to anyone else? Does going to Head office help as was told everyone works from home and nobody is there.. lol MTN pls could someone call me or setup something and I will come to Head Office so I can find out why you guys delete services,

Still no joy after many calls
Hi Guys After about 20 calls to every department there is I'm still waiting for a call back to discuss why I cannot get the medication that I need to control my diabetes. Promises to have a health care professional call me to discuss what my benefits are and explain what my plan covers have been fruitless. Ref No - 010422CGVT0G and 040422Q23PYN not answered. Will be a week tomorrow with no response. Anyone else experience this type of bad service? Is there a good medical aid company that actually helps with diabetes control where you don't have to fight for your medication?

Puma South Africa - Don't deliver goods
Ordered online and sitting with the courier for 2 weeks.. Sent 4 emails to support - No response.. Called 20 times to helpline only got thru twice.. Promised to sort it out and call back - Never did Called the courier company Dawn Wing - promised to deliver and call me back - never did.. Terrible service..
