Absolutely useless.. 1 month to collect item 10 emails.. 4 online agents promised better service Did not get the right boardshorts they looked like a nappy No replacement item as shown on the website... Almost 2 months later got a credit.. Phones don't work, left messages. No apology.. Sent more emails for cash not credit as I would never use them again.. Not reply to date... Rather go to the shop.. Misrepresentation of product online.. Hurley you can do better..

Absolutely disgusted by their service, place an online order on the 19th of December, to date I have received nothing after being told it would be delivered within 3 days, max 5-7 days, customer service is non existent just stupid automated replies after logging complaints! Eventually someone named Taswell rep**** assured me that my order would be made a priority only to be informed by the "courier guy" that I would be receiving my order between the 2nd and 5th of Jan since it's been put on "economy" delivery, absolutely useless!

Still waiting for my product ordered on 21 Nov 2025 to be delivered. Sent multiple emails to helpdesk, Tasmyn promised to sort it out ASAP but as of today, 11 Dec 2025, not a word about where my product is or when it will be delivered. This company is utterly useless and really doesn't care about customer service. They are quick to take your money, make long promises but don't deliver. My advise to anyone reading this is to stay far away from this company, rather support their competitors. Vote with your money as I will do from now on.

Still waiting for my product ordered on 21 Nov 2025 to be delivered. Unresponsive Received wrong items, have sent multiple emails, Facebook messages. Not responding to any messages whatsoever. Wrong items received, no intent to get it sorted or refunded at all at this stage.

Utterly useless company. Ordered a product on 21 Nov 2025, was promised it would be delivered within 3 working days, still waiting today 3 December with NO NOTIFIVATION from them whatsoever. I emailed them on Mon 1 Dec, they acknowledged my concern about non-delivery and gave me an (automated) ticket number. I emailed them again on 2 Dec (Tuesday), exact same response. This company is not in the least concerned with taking care of their customers. No notifications, no communications, just ....silence....and no delivery of my paid for product. I will never ever buy another item from them. I urge you to do the same and rather spend your money at a company who delivers on time and communicates with their customers.

The returns portal did not want to let me select one or more items for return. I then logged a service ticket. It's been four days and I have yet to receive a response! In this same time Vans not only sent a courier for a return, but accepted and refunded me! Wow Hurley! Come on!!!</div>

I bought a black trucker cap from Hurley in 2015. I wear this atleast 3 days a week to gym. Cant believe it still looks like new after almost 10 years. Amazing quality. Was just telling a friend about it and decided to leave the positive feedback here. This has outlasted every other branded hat I have purchased.
