Terrible customer after sales service after receiving the wrong product
Placed an online order just to be told days after the order the item is damaged and they do have others but they cost more. Communication very poor and didnt receive my items in time for my surf trip. DONT BOTHER!!
It is impossible to do any returns for their online shop. I.M.P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E. Worst customer experience ever. STAY AWAY!!!
I have made an online purchase from https://www.yardsfield.co.za/ at the start of January. Promises were made of getting my purchase (shelves) delivered, but nothing. And after failing to make contact with them for weeks now through social media, calls and e-mails, I have given up. Names of business owners are Cara & Micheal Kewley. Address. The below is a report (part of it) I sent through on the 15th of February. Obviously it has not been resolved. Again a representative from Cell C got in touch with loads of EMPTY promises. Pathetic. Apparently they need to request the phone recording from a 3rd party and by the looks of it it will take months. So at the moment we are still sat with a fraudulent contract which we have to pay! Cant wait for someone to get in touch to lie to me again. SPEAK SOON!<br> <br> -----<br> I am the account holder for both me and my wife's phones. My wife has recently been put on a contract that was never agreed to by myself , THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. I have opened a case with Cell C on the 8th of February and no one has come back to me. Apparently the case was put on urgent as well. Ha-ha. Urgent. These guys are too funny. The dispute that has been lodged is 6020800803. I spoke to a certain Lerooshka Neerpuph in the customer service department who told me she would PERSONALLY keep in touch with me to ensure this case of ***** was researched. Well, guess what, I never heard from her again other than a sms message with the case number.....

I spoke to Sofiso Dlamini a \Team Manager\" who lied to me on several occasions and anybody at Cell C can go and listen to the phone records, if you're looking for a good laugh. The one lady even told me she couldn't put me through to the sales department (the ones apparently responsible) because they were ALL ON LUNCH. ALL OF THEM! This is how things works at Cell C. Hoping I will be able to get some answers here. "
