I enjoy dealing with their consultants and when I have an issue they resolve it so quickly
I have been with debtbusters for 5 years and finally as from December 2018 I'm done with paying my debts, I am currently awaiting for my clearance which is being delayed abit because I have credits on my other accounts that need to 1st be credited back to me before everything can be finalized and I'm not complaining as I get email updates from debtbusters to advise that a follow up has been done to the creditors for the refund and they are awaiting feedback which I think that's best service ever because I don't need to even send them an email 1st for the follow up. Once I receive my clearance letter I pray and hope that I will be assisted in applying for a home loan/bond as the consultant said debtbusters do try their very best to assist that the application does get approved. Apart from waiting for my clearance letter I am very happy with the service, the professionalism I have received from the debtbusters team. Thank you so much Debtbusters
I don't even remember which year I visited the sport & Fitness Club in Alberton as I was interested in joining as the consultant was explaining I was loving what was explained and promised I then signed which was my 1st mistake, as the consultant was explaing I asked what happens if for some reason I am unable to come to the gym anymore and he says they will still deduct or I would need to cancel and then pay the cancelation fee which was alot I was not happy with that because there was a possibility that I would move from where I was staying then and I then told the consultant that I would rather come back when I'm sure that I would be able to come to the gym for the full terms of the contract as I would not want to keep on paying for gym when I can't make it and the cancelation fee is also too much to pay. The worst mistake was not making sure the guy tears the contract and instead he files it,i leave thinking I don't have a gym contract. Now years later without any contact from their collection department, no sms notification of outstanding debt due to them, no email from collections and I mean no means of contact to advise me that the application was filed and due to this I owe the gym, in 2018 I now receive an sms that says my sport & Fitness account is blacklisted. I call to follow up what's happening the lady says she has the contract that I signed so clearly for commission purposes that guy never did as I ask for interest sake I ask how much I'm I owing she says R9000 now I'm trying to understand how they would have let a debt be that much for a premium that's supposed to be 200 odds every month, who then was renewing the contract as I have never even went for a day to gym. I then ask the accounts lady to pls send me a copy of the dates and how I was notified about this debt as now I'm blacklisted and I'm still waiting. I know no one from sport and fitness will read or respond to this review but one thing is forsure this matter I am not letting it lie down I will fight because you cannot and I mean cannot blacklist a person without trying to do some sort of collection of the debt. Ombuds and any other way I will find a way to fight for this
