Bought my car on the 21st of August 2025, was happy till I had a type problem, phoned them and was advised that my tyres had a plan got the number and they told to take the car at any tyre place and they should phone them indeed took it to Supa quick they took tyres out the one had a lump that I had a problem it was replaced whilst checking others they realized that the one giving a problem is the not the one with a lump instead there was another one with the cuts inside and you can't tell by mere looking at it and was told they are not gonna replace it as it was worn out due to driving called the dealer cause I had the car for 23 days and there is no way I worn that tyre out and the dealer told me they are not going to replace because my car was taken to roadworthy test and before buying I did ask to take to roadworthy and was told I had to pay few thousands for it, ****** angry because I paid a deposit and needed to replace a type again.
Got an excellent service from a lady named Portia, who gave me information about the car that I was Interested in and the general condition of the vehicle and disclosed everything I'm a happy client thank you.
My car ****** in February and recovered same day and was taken to be fixed and upon fetching it, petrol was empty and days later I realized some few issues called and they phoned the service provider and to this day it hasn't been resolved and instead my premiums and excess went up

I lodged a complaint with you guys and the response was good because of you and the manager phoned me apologising and even made an appointment for my car to be assessed after asking me to have 3 quotations of which they I was told I need a new door is needed and their said a different story of which I did not have a problem because I wanted to get my car and agreed to the offer given to me and a lady named Anastasia Voges emailed me documents to complete and I did and which clearly stated that payment will be made in the next 10 days since 11th of August till today and when I phoned this lady she is telling that she was only assisting and the person responsible is Nompu and gave me her direct number and I got no response and even tried to phone Jeanice still no response I'm really tied and pissed because clearly I got a response cause they wanted to get Hello Peter of their backs
Im a third party in a claim ,my car was bumped while stationery and the lady reported the matter to her insurance and she said I must phone them and I did, they sent me an email which stated all the necessary documents and pictures that I need to email and I did and got a reference no 30989749 and I phone them to check whether they receive the email and a lady told me that they did and they have allocated a claim to a lady named Nonhlanhla and gave a direct line 012 749 5659 and email address nonhlanhlas@out,co.za she said I need to resize my email because its not viewable on her side and I did that now she claims that she did not receive my email and I also send it to their new liability department and I don't know what to do anymore I need my car fixed. I'm being sent around from pillar to post its so frustrating now. Its even digging hard on my pocket now because of the countless scanning and phone calls that I have to make daily.
