Absolutely pathetic service. TAT is advertised as 24hrs, but no feedback, have to constantly follow up with the call centre via email. Submitted a claim, waiting for a decision one week later. And got a response, one week later, to provide the same info again via WhatsApp. Terrible service, and it’s not the first time I experienced this when submitting a claim, if you don’t sit behind them, it never gets done.
Very disappointing dealing with Mastercare SA. They only have 2 technicians servicing an entire province. Their technician doesn’t answer or respond to calls or messages. Spoke to team leader JP, who is clueless. Escalated to Bruce Rabii, was promised that things will get sorted at a specific day, days later, no update, no follow ups. Still waiting. My opinion, find another appliance maintenance company.
Venue is good. Went for a wedding and decided to stay over. The accommodation is as bad as a backpackers lodge. Filthy. Toilets are not cleaned, had to clean it ourselves. Bath tubs are not taken care of. No bath mats on the floor, so you will need to bath and get out onto the filthy floors. No air cons or fans are provided in this heat either. The lady (manager) in charge, is rude, unhelpful and doesn’t give a $#!t. Would not recommend. Rather find something else closer.
Absolutely pathetic @CellC. Your following up and empty promises amounts to nothing. When are you going to give me my money that you stole from my account? It’s been almost a month that you debited my account without authorisation after you promised that this debit order will not be taken. Your X (twitter) team is hopeless. I need my money that was ****** out of my account.
I got them to install a Deye battery, inverter and panels. A year later when attempting to add more batteries, I found out from Deye SA that the wrong battery was installed, which could cause the system to blow up. Called the installer, he accepted that they put in the wrong battery (HV), he promised to replace the battery last week Wednesday, then he said there was not stock and said he’ll get it this past Monday. He then said that he will install yesterday or today (Saturday) but he now ignores all calls and messages. Unable to get hold of him. I sitting with a system that could potentially blow up, even after they had provided an electrical certificate.
Trying to cancel my credit card for weeks. Have been holding on for the call centre to pick up each time for over 30 min. This cannot be customer service. Can someone call me instead to cancel this card.!!!
Pathetic service. Made a co-payment to a medical facility, sent the proof to Discovery to avoid a payment being made from my savings, guess what, they still double debit me for the co-payment. Their response, oops, go get the refund from the medical facility, cause we already paid them. This is the reason that I sent proof of the co-payment, to avoid being double debited. A patient in recovery, needs to clean up their inability to follow instructions and be empathetic towards the recovery. Service is getting worse by the day.
Bought a generator on 27 May. Takealot delivered the wrong item on 30 May. I called the same day and advised them that I want to return the order. Up until today they were unable to find the right product. I requested to cancel and now need to wait 2 weeks for this to be resolved. They have no complaints process or escalation process. You cannot speak to anyone and the warehouse doesn’t know what on Earth is going on. Their twitter assist is pathetic. Call centre promised that a manager would call yesterday and I’m still waiting.
Been trying for months to get DSTV to sort out their systems and charge me according to my contract. Logged complaints through twitter, their call centre and via their dstv car email. Received ref 56324078 and still not resolved. The call is an absolute joke. Spoke to Mbali. Was put on hold for over 15 min and I had to cut the call. No one bothered to call back. Their twitter support is none the better, asking the same questions everyday and clueless about the complaint. Absolutely pathetic service. Majority of SA is still with them because of the EPL offering. Once there is an alternative, then you will see a major cancellation drive.
Been with OUTsurance for over 7years and have found the most recent interactions with call centre and especially management absolutely shocking. Been struggling to get consistency on my policies for weeks and have been promised (on countless occasions) that someone will get back to me. Still waiting on my call logs for over 3 weeks now. What on earth is going on?
