I would like to congratulate Telkom on their customer service. You can always get hold of someone, and they are always helpful. I got a refund after I cancelled one of my LTE sims in the middle of the month, and got billed the following month). I had experience with MTN recently. Unbelievably bad service. I am happy to be with Telkom.
I bought R165 airtime to bring the total to about R185. A few days later when I wished to convert it to data, there was only R100 left. Apparently I "subscribed" to "subscriptions" Mobile Academy and Game On. But I never did that. The call centre agent said I must have clicked on a "pop-up". I double checked my phone. "Popups" are disabled. So how does this happen? I phoned the call centre to ask them to block all future wasp "services". i was ignored. I would like to know what "service" I am supposed to be receiving. It seems such a mystery. Nobody seems to know what is going on. It seems like its just a scan, and they want to keep you in the dark. The less you know the better. Disgusted.
I bought a Simmons Queen Extra Length Luxury mattress (only), in June 2014. The price was R14 500 from Designer Bed, Lyndhurst Johannesburg. When I first started experiencing lower back pain after acquiring the mattress, I could not believe that this nice looking new mattress could be the cause..
