No payout…..its been 6weeks!!!!!!!
I have never in my entire life dealt with a organisation that disregards people time and money.No one at this company answers their phones or email the claim has been submitted on 3 Feb and to date no payment. Hopefully someone from this company responds to my email with a reference number so that I can take it to the ombudsman I feel like they need to be shut down. I really need the higher up to look at who they employ because customer service clearly is not a necessity here. I urge anyone that has them as your fund managers please change to a different fund , you will thank me later…..

Refund
This is the 3rd time that I complain here and it's not helping no one from Mbd has emailed or called me to inform me about the status of my refund I've been waiting almost two months now for my own money to be paid back into my account if I knew than what I know now I would have never paid Mbd they don't know the meaning of customer service which I could get their owners names their staff are a embarrashment my god I'm struggling and this time for my own god damn money

This would be the second time that I complain here and nothing has been done, more than a month ago I paid a certain amount into their bank account which was the wrong account I phoned and spoke to mamushi who assisted me I phoned again on Friday and she told me that she forwarded my request to the refund department I want my money back I need it urgently this is such a crap company why do I have to phone time after time for my own money and this hellopeter is also not working as no one is responding maybe I should get a lawyer to look into this crap service

I've requested a refund more than a month ago was assisted by mamushi and she asked me to fill in a documents and send it back to her now that was done the problem I'm having is that you ppl are quick to phone when you collect by I'm waiting more than a month for my own money this is flippen ridiculous I'm sending emails to this girl she just doesn't bother to reply it's like I'm not important enough
