Why do not submit my forms?
Hello am Vuyokazi Pote worked for this company for so many years it’s situated in Franshoek Dewcrisp now the lady in Jhb head office does not want to submit my Alexforbes form in order to get my money her name is Netal Maharaj

Want my money back
I have a contract wth blue label connect.took cellphone from them they been debited twice last months 30 September send them email and relevant documents bank statement to show the double debited amount....they haven't contacted me ..not even respond to my last email after a send bank statement!!!!! Pls help

Am tired of waiting now
I've joined discovery medical aid on the 01/01/2020 till today still have not received my medical aid card been calling them since last yr ...recently called them they said they will get back to me nothing still....do you guys want me to cancel my contract with you? How long must I wait for my card? Every time when I hav to visit Gp must use a certificate of membership?

My uncle who was working for this company Xinergistix service 111 kruispad Brackefell he started on the 05/03/2013 as driver my uncle name is Sandile Elvis Stali born on the 15/03/1964 he died on 2019/07/06 his family hav not received any cent after they claim uptill today they sent all the documents needed he got kids needs to go to university why they not paying the claim

My brother(Sibonelo Pote )Id (8603216309081) joined Hollard life solution on the 01/05/2015 I've been paying the insurance at pep wher he joined on his behalf until November 2020 when I went to pep to pay as usual they told me at till point that this policy number(821775491) is no longer valid they give me this number (30521)to sms to they give me the valid number tht must use to pay the policy I did just that...they respond with sms saying this policy number is not found...I called 0800787753 I spoke to lady she gave me REF pur 00111701.and another number that must call 011 3738400...I spoke to a guy just forget the name of the person I spoke to...he said will come back to me up this today....I did not pay in Dec coz was still trying to get the right policy number ....am very much angry where did all my money gone to since 2015-2020? PLS help me .....

poor service n rude
I made a purchase on the 19th June at lewis store delivery took place on the 30th june slumber enzo luxury and Oak 4pieces kitchen scheme the one hav a problem wth both top door are upside down. other door fall..nail came through the wood on the other side. 3rd drawer doesn't close at all.dent at the back of kitchen scheme. .manager n head office failed me
