Wanna give Chery a zero shame. I love my Tiggo 4 pro that I purchased and received in december. But 2 months in. My brakes were giving some funny sound. I called Chery alberton and was told to take it in to the service department. That was just last month. Now they are worse. My car is not even 6 months old buy make noise like its some Old Trolley. Thumb doen. I am not happy with this.
Unfortunately I cant find Hoot. So, since Hoot gives policies on behalf of innovation. Lemme use Innovation. Im am quite perplexed. How difficult can it be to get settlement letter for cancelation of service? I called twice. 1st time 2/3 weeks ago then again last friday. Now I need to write a review because I am uaing6my own airtime to call. Can i please get assistance.

I will take delivery of the two things thyr have and then get refund. Yoh. Its been days. I send emails yo ask how i will receive my refund. When i will get it. Communication is soo bad. Back again to confirm Hideous service from mweb. 17 working days later. I am still awaiting my refund from Mweb. What a service. Firstly, if i wasnt advised to make a payment i wouldnt have paid you guys. And i paid same day i was told to pay. And i have to go back and fourth regarding the refund for the service you guys cant even offet. No man. This is very annoying. What is oaufast. Shouldn't money vome back the way iy came to you? I joined vuma through one of their isp. In December i was told they cant find my address and they wont be able to offer me the service even though I have their Vuma pole behind my house which is connected to my back opposite neigbors. I was then told a call is logged for my address to be cleared. Took months. Eventually gave up on Vuma. A day before yesterday i receive an email that an order has been raised. I became happy. That finally I will be connected to this pole thats behind my yard. Yesterday i receive an email stating i need to pay so i can proceed to installation phase/stage. On the same email there is a link. I logged in and my address was correct on the account. I followed that link and made the payment. Did the confirmation of payment not come back calling me Lerato while everything is registered under my husbands details Thabo. Hayibo. And confirming my address as a completely incorrect address. I called the isp mweb. Called vuma. No joy. Payment made around 8am. I get called by installers arranging installation date and time. They still had incorrect address. Called vuma and mweb and only after 3pm im told my address is not covered. I mean- guys why on earth did you say i should pay? And my refund will be processed in 15 days. This gets worser and worser. Called in to update banking details. Service received was quicker and great. The agent was friendly.
