Since it was installed, the opload speed was less than 1Mbps. The installed speed should be 20Mbps. There is a huge delay in WiFi Whattsapp calls as well as Teams or any other video calling. One can not communicate with the other person due to the delay. I reported it and a technician came to fix it. It was actually worse when he left with a opload speed of about 0,25Mbps. I can't even log into the bank servers!. I sent various emails for immediate cancelation, and spoke to the accounts department which promised cancelation. I actually have 7 (seven) reference numbers but nobody called back or even rep****. I reversed the firts bank debit order because the service is useless. It seems that one only gets a reaction when you complain on Hellopeter.
Bought a borehole pump, 1,1 kW Salsub from the Brits branch. They speced the pump that will be required for the depth of the borehole. The pump tripped on a regular basis, but 5 months after the sale, I was unable to start it at all, it tripped within seconds. I paid R1200 to take it out and took it for replacement. The store manager said they have to send it for testing before replacement. Three days later they said nothing was wrong with the pump. I emphasised that if I put it back and the same problem reoccur, they will be responsible to take it out. Indeed within a week the problem reoccur. The salesman said after speaking with the store manager that theg will pay the R1200 to take it out again. When I arrived at the store they replaced the pump but refused to pay the R1200 to take it out again. Everytime I phoned the store manager, the salesperson phone back. Their service, especially that of the store manager is absolutely horrendous, passing the buck! Be careful when doing business with then. The borehole pumps are of a very low quality and they do not take responsibility. I bought the pump from them, not the supplier.
I bought a solar energy system from Soar Energy Group [URL Removed] on 17/03/2015. Firstly their approved installer did a very poor installation. They had no idea of any installation recommendations and used totally wrong wiring to the inverter. Secondly, the system was specified to supply 9 kWh per day. I hardly get 6 kWh per day, average is about 5.5 kWh per day. I left numerous phone messages and even went their twice to complain but they do not assist and do not call back. I hold them responsible to fix the system or replace it to achieve the specified energy. I'm very dissipointed and will never recommen them to prospective buyers.
